In response on April 19, 2023 at 11:27 PM, I sent the following - "Thanks for the Requested Response via Electronic Mail, Also for Re-Sending to Martin Fay Tuesday, April 18, 2023 8:55 PM and providing Contact Information for others that may be able to offer input as well. Believe you stated his name was Kyle, correct? Is this the Company Website - https://www.captainsteamer.net/our-team? Do you have any Details for the Work that will be performed? The aforementioned Questions will help set expectations for all Partners involved to include myself, Family, Lennar Staff/Contractors and other Interested Parties. After we got off the Phone Today, I Thought about your Request to engage this Company at the 11th Hour. Was a little irritated at first because I don't truly believe you are concerned about the Health and Safety of your Workers or those residing in this House. If so, this issue would've been addressed immediately when Escalated and I would've received the "Your Guy's" Opinion on High Mold Spore Counts reported in Certificate of Mold Analysis provided by now. All that aside, we have to continue Moving Forward. Doesn't really matter what you feel rather what the Facts of this Case State. "Your Guy"s made a mistake by not following Basic Protocols creating a Mess for my Family to Cleanup." Never received a Response back from Lennar. Tony Cozad and Kyle Curry showed up next day. Assumed they were with Captain Steamer as informed. Just looked at Indoor Air Quality Report completed by "Tony Cozad by Condition One Indoor Air Quality Solution, LLC". It does state that it was For Captain's Complete Restoration. However when looking at at the Website Suggested - https://www.captainsrestore.com. At the Very Top Right Corner, it Clearly States Captain Steamer. In the attached Picture, Tony is wearing a Captain's Complete Restoration Uniform. A little confusing... Have updated Review to reflect Experience thus far. Will Re-Post Original Review to Captain's Complete Restoration as requested. If you are truly not involved, I suggest reaching Updating Public Information and reaching out to Lennar as they are misrepresenting Your Company. Any insight, will be greatly appreciated. These guys booked me for first available time and were actually early. They were friendly and got right to work and were done with 4 rooms plus the staircase for the special price in one hour. The carpets look brand new and they even cleaned all my floor mats before they left! Good guys, they took great care inside my place and were extremely thorough! What can I say? These guys are the best. I used to work for a flooring company and we used them because they had a great price. It was not until I used them at my own home I realized what a great company they are. I have had them clean my carpets and couches over the years. Never confirmed our appointment, then was rude when we arrived 10 minutes after the requested time. Owners son cursed us out (thought I wasn't listening) at the end when they began to pack up without cleaning one rug. He continued being belligerent when I told them to leave, even wishing harm to my wife. Never again! read more

Rick and team are outstanding! I highly recommend Captain Steamer. Mike and Jason steam cleaned our rugs in three bedrooms along with steam cleaning all of our tile floors and bathroom tile. They sealed all of the grout to protect it from any type of spillage or discoloration. Scotch guarded the rugs at no cost. They were neat, thorough, professional and engaged. Rick who is the owner was very precise when quoting costs and shared his expertise on how to maintain the tile so it stays pristine. There was a mark on a freshly painted wall that the movers had made last week. We thought we would have to repaint the entire wall. Without asking Jason & Mike magically removed the mark. Had a terrible mildew smell in my master closet. Am new to Florida from the Midwest and at the suggestion of a trusted contractor called Captain Steamer. They came out and carefully inspected my closet for dampness in the carpet and wall area. Turns out I have an air exchange problem when the a/c is not turned on. Cheapest in town, did a good quick thorough job, went upstairs to get them a tip,(was planning on $20), and when I came down, I asked how I could get a specific stain out, I understand that high traffic areas rarely come out in just a steam cleaning so that's why I asked, maybe there is certain carpet treatment I could use, or chemicals, or home remedy, or something. These guys do this stuff all the time so I figured they knew somethings I didn't for high trafficked areas, again, totally expected the high traffic areas not to come completely out, ie... middle of staircase, landing area on top of staircase, etc.. I did not expect it to come out completely, again since they do this all the time I figured they new some secrets or tricks of the trade, so I asked the guy, ( I would normally say gentleman, but not in this case you will find why in a second), how I could get these particular stains out. He responded with "what fuckin stain?" "You mean the marks from the vacuum?" And he bent over and rubbed his hand across it to say that it was just a vaccum mark. Of course I know the difference, but he wasn't in the mood apparently, because he then responded with" if you don't like the job, call somebody else" "Now give me my fuckin money so I can get out of here". I am not paraphrasing here, those were his exact words. Needless to say he did not get a tip. read more
