    I love shopping at the Morena store. What is so great about Floor and Decor is that you can actually take "samples" home with you with out charge. Up to 5. That is unprecedented. I had a shower remodel and tried so many samples to pick out my design. They have professional designers to help you envision your space. I had the pleasure of working with Melissa Waters. She was great! Check her out when you go into the store!

    Check out the crack in the corner. This is what he was fighting with me over. Said that I should've been more careful before I bought it.

    EDIT The manager called me after and apologized for the bad experience and said that the broken tile was refunded. The situation should have never happened. Tiles break, customer shouldn't be paying for a tile that was broken in a box that they didn't see. I purchased 12 boxes of tile here that was almost $23 a square foot. Paid $2,000+. When we started opening up the boxes, a lot of the tiles were chipped and had severe color discoloration. I had to return half of it and wasn't able to finish the project. So I ended up using two different tiles in the bathroom because of this crap. Here's the kicker, when I come to return the tile, MATT, wouldn't return a broken piece that had a chip in it. He said that I broke it. He literally fought with me, and he yelled at me in front of other customers because of this. The guy behind me started defending me and said that there's a lot of tile that comes broken in boxes. He said I shouldn't have opened that box then. I have never been treated like this. this place is a joke with this kind of crappy customer service. What an embarrassment. You're gonna nitpick with a customer when it's not even my fault. There was a small chip in the tile, that I could not use so I am schlepping it back over here wasting my time to return it. I'll throw it in the trash. 23 bucks in the trash. I told him to open the boxes and see how many more broken tiles there were. Sure enough, open sealed boxes, and there were a broken tiles that were wrapped in plastic. This was today at 1:45 PM.

    We purchased 16 boxes of 24x48 tiles,loaded them with truck due to its super heavy weight,after the installer started the work we saw swirling marked on almost all tiles.We asked the manager if tiles can either be picked up or pay us to rent a truck but she rudely rejected even though we've been sold bad tiles so now we have to rent a truck again to return Be careful of their products they have a lot of defective tiles

There are definitely a few women who stand out and are super helpful and kind. Their prices have definitely raised in the past couple years but the quality is still the same. This is definitely a good place to window shop in my opinion.

We even ended up getting a unique high end looking console table. Shelly told us about how the CEO was inspired in Europe and designed the line. My home is literally furnished by Shelly as we have been replacing our furniture with everything from the restoration hardware outlets. You get the quality and style of restoration hardware without the actual sticker shock price since it's the outlet. Since it's an outlet it can be hit or miss sometimes. But we always have great luck finding what we need with Shelly. Samantha was also very friendly and helpful to us today. Really everyone working there was. They also do a wonderful job with keeping you on a client list so if you are looking for something specific. You can call them and they can contact you if they get it in. Overall, definitely worth checking out. It's quality furniture so don't expect to pay target or IKEA prices. You also won't be paying the actual restoration hardware prices so I feel what you are paying is fair for what you get at the outlet. Make sure to have your measurements with you because all sales are final!

I asked a simple question at checkout whether the store would ever start accepting Apple Pay. Instead of just saying she didn't know or giving a straightforward answer, the assistant manager (her name was something like Bridget/Bethany/Bertha started with a B) gave me a whole lecture in front of a long line of customers. She went on about how she would have to contact corporate, how there are thousands of stores, and basically made me feel like I was bothering her for asking a normal customer question. Her tone was extremely passive-aggressive and dismissive very hostile.On top of that, the store was very busy, customers were waiting, and she seemed more focused on closing lines than actually helping anyone. Her overall behavior felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. I've never had an employee make me feel embarrassed for simply asking about a payment option. I hope corporate takes this seriously, because customer service should never make people feel talked down to or humiliated I'd rather take my business to Walmart from now on.
