He communicated with me regularly and did not hesitate to follow up with State Farm on the status of the claim which took 3 weeks to be approved. I did not hear from Orion at all with regard to setting a time for my walk through. So I reached out by text and phone. I didn't hear back from him until TODAY at 10:30am after having placed 2 separate calls to his office to track him down. He asked if we could reschedule. I replied No. I also called him and he did not pick up. I later texted him and said he owed me a call and an apology. When he finally called, he informed me he was cancelling my appointment - and also shared that I called and texted after hours and he needed boundaries. That's all well and good to have boundaries with clients - I spent 35 years in sales - the majority of my clients were Fortune 500 - enterprise level firms. BUT you need to answer texts or calls or at least send smoke signals DURING BUSINESS HOURS. Secondly, I've worked with him before. I expect at the very least to be treated respectfully WITH ANY KIND OF RESPONSE as a former client. But in addition, so close to my demolition date, to not have an accurate plan of my rebuild and simply not return calls/texts and then inform me that you are cancelling on me?
