One day, while driving down Whittier Blvd. I saw the cutest logo on a van and then I noticed the clever name, Drainiacs. I quickly realized this was a van for a local plumber. I snapped a picture with my phone and saved it for later reference. I appreciate a cute name and logo, it shows me the owners are creative and have a fun sense of humor. I called a plumber service before Drainiacs. After all the banging to remove bathtub drain, the person says your trap is broken. We need to break into your wall. He had no idea where the tub was located on our bottom floor. No, thanks, kick rocks! Called Drainiacs. Received notice prior to arrival. Daniel gave me the confidence of his professionalism. The most honest and helpful plumbers I've ever used. They honored my water heater's warranty even though the previous owner of my house was the one who bought it! I was astonished. I had a leak from a toilet sewer line and thought it might be an under slab leak so called Draniacs Plumbing since they handle trenchless repair. They were able to quickly come out to evaluate and ran a camera probe through the cleanout and discovered problem was actually a split pipe on outside wall and not in or under slab. Scheduled the repair for the next day and the technician was very good at containing the mess caused by cutting out stucco and did a great job on the repair with minimal damage to walls, particularly the interior walls and cabinets. Next day the crew that I arranged through Drainiacs came out to repair the stucco wall and looks great. I was very pleased with Drainiacs' professionalism, their extra effort to minimize the damage and mess caused by repair, and the clean up afterwards, and their friendly workers. Our water heater began to leak so I called Daniel Cordova Plumbing yesterday. They advised they would send a technician the following morning to see if it could be repaired or if it would need to be replaced. The technician Rick did a thorough inspection and informed me that, unfortunately, the whole unit had to be replaced. Once he figured that out, they sent Walter out to our home to remove our previous water heater and install a new one. Once installed, Walter throughly informed me on how to properly use each valve and advised that we should drain our water heaters annually as a preventative measure (I NEVER KNEW THAT)!
