TNT is outstanding! This was a GREAT experience. My regular plumber was out of town, but he very strongly suggested Tim at TNT Rooter/Plumbing. It was late in the day on Friday and Christine gave me the next available appointment. She was very kind and professional on the phone. Today Tim called to confirm with me and was punctual. Tim arrived with his "sidekick" Christine, and they were a dynamic team. I had a sink stoppage and Tim explained the least expensive and most efficient method of clearing the stoppage. He mentioned that if this method was not effective, it would cost a bit more. Very quickly Tim was able to clear the stoppage. This was good for me. As Tim was under the sink, he detected a leak, and said that he would need to replace a "broken" nut at the top of the kitchen sink trap. I didn't know what he meant, so he showed me what it was and he carried this part in his truck. Ten minutes later, everything was replaced, and the sink was draining and not a drip under the sink. Tim then told me what to do to ensure that I would probably not have a similar "sink stoppage" for years. Christine then "blessed" me with the invoice that had an unbelievably low price for this service call. I was truly amazed. Thanks so much, Tim and Christine. read more

This morning I had a clogged kitchen sink. It had been giving me troubles for a couple of weeks so I decided to call TNT. I had used them in the past and they were right on time and quickly solved my problem....Same thing today. They were at my home within 2 hours, cleaned out the drain (without leaving a mess), and gave me advice for future use to help prevent clogs. What I think is best about Tim & Christine is they aren't out to make money - their business approach is simple, cost effective, and reliable. Wish all companies operated the same way. You don't know how desperate you are until you don't have hot running water in the winter. My wife called TNT and they were out to our house first thing in the morning. Tim brought his wife and son on the call and they were all very kind. I showed Tim the water heater and he immediately diagnosed the issue and gave me a quote. So lets set the record straight about the two bad reviews below. If you have a bad experience, that's OK, it just means that you weren't satisfied. No need to call people names and what not and bash people. Two bad reviews among numerous 5 star reviews tells you something. It also tells you the character of a person that feels a need to bash others. Now, i had a plumbing issue and called TNT. He quoted me two separate rates over the phone depending on where my clean out was located. he arrived, found the clean out where it should have been and quoted me the lower price. He proceeded to power snake the main all the way to the sewer manhole cover. He made sure the snake was in the sewer, and allowed me to hear and see that it had indeed cleaned out the whole line to the sewer. Tim was pleasant, friendly, professional and a good man. Did i mention this is the second time i used him? Or that i referred him to a family member who had an equally pleasant experience? People that rant and rave are generally unhappy people that will never be satisfied. For plumbing problems, call TNT and decide for yourself. All these 5 star reviews can't be wrong. read more

I'm new to the neighborhood so when the pipe in my back yard sprung a leak I wasn't sure who to call and trust to do a good job. I'm super glad I called TNT Rooter. I called TNT Rooter at 6pm on a Friday and an hour later Tim was at the door. I thought he would come and evaluate the mess and tell me he'd be back another day. BUT Tim was ready to work at 7pm!!!!!!!! On a Friday night!!!!! I thought I would have to pay a pretty penny, but Tim's fees are really reasonable. (BTW he also does payment plans). Thank goodness he didn't try to up sell me to do work I did not need. Had an small issue with connecting my water line to my refrig..no water coming out from my pipe. Long story short, the pipe to the refrig wasn't correctly connected inside the walls. So I decided to call TNT Rooter and Tim, with experience, figured out way and made a connection under my sink. With some light drilling and connecting two flex lines together, I had city water to my refrig. Just want to thank Tim. He is very professionally and take his craft serious. I can't say enough good things about TNT Rooter. They have come to save us 3 times now. The first time was for a clogged tub, septic overflow, and sink. They came the same day, at night in the complete darkness, were extremely friendly and quick and reasonably priced. Tim got on his knees with a drain snake, in our back yard while his wife Christine held a flashlight. The 2nd time was for a water heater.. we were petrified to call anyone because of prices and were scared we'd need to replace the entire thing. Again, they came the same day, fixed a wire and charged us barely anything. This third time.. same thing.. water heater. They came within 3 hours of us leaving a message, told me the pilot was out and charged NOTHING for his troubles. TNT Rooter came to unblock a main drain pipe from our house to the street (about 90 ft) that had roots blocking the flow. Tim and Christine solved our issue for a reasonable price. They came the same day (I called in the morning). They called me twice before arriving to update me on their estimated time of arrival. Tim had to run the snake down the drain three times, because he wanted to make sure it was really cleared. In the past, other companies weren't nearly as detailed and thorough, running the snake down no more than twice. It was physical work, but Tim did it with a good spirit. It was a relief to have the work done by such polite, friendly, and positive hard-working people. My family will definitely bring them back again in the future. Tim and Christine truly wonderful people! I recently bought a fixer upper that had all the problems you can think of. This house had major issues but my wife and I loved the house we decided to take the risk. What a headache, i mean a real headache. If you every watch the movie the "moneypit," that was my wife and I. Everything in the house had problems, or was soon going to be problems. Its a punch in the stomach and i lost sleep worrying about are we going to be able to afford the repairs. I was at a plumbing store getting a tank less water heater for my house. when i asked for a referral from the receptionist, as to who could install it. She gave me Tim's contact and i figure what the heck i will give him a call. He came on time and was generally concerned about how to install my water heater the best way possible. By taking his advice i was able to save the much need cash to repair my house the best way. I never forgot how kind he and his wife were and how i did not feel like i was getting hustled. I've had other major plumbing companies come to my house before and i always felt i was getting hustled from my hard earn money. Like they had a quota and i was last on there list to make it. I never got that from Tim or Christine, they look and assessed the problem first, give their opinion and gave me options to choose from that was the best way. I have done business with them for over 3 months and every time i call it been friendly and professional. He has consulted me on the 3 bathroom that i had gutted and remodeled. He takes the time to explain things to me and give me a clear understanding of how things work. On our last bathroom, Tim came over and used his camera snake to look into my sewer line to see if my line was damaged and needed replacement. It was damaged and definitely need repair. I asked if he could fix it and he said he could not. He instead referred me to another plumber who could and was able to fix it. I liked that he was honest in what he could and couldn't repair. Most plumbers would say yes and mess up the plumbing worse and walk away defended. If Tim would not have put his camera snake and observed my sewer line and i had put flooring, cabinets, framing, tile, lighting and etc. i would have eventually had to re-gut the whole bathroom again costing me time, money and my sanity. I really appreciated people like Tim and Christine i feel like i needed to let whoever was looking for a plumber know that these people are trust worthy and fair. As for the Annie H, comments, I never experience what she claimed and feel that she is full of hot air or sh**. I meet the man and he ok by me and i have referred him to my friends. Just got a compliment / insult from Annie h, saying I was Tim or his kids. I'm not Tim or his kids, wow this lady need help. She seems to have a huge hard on for tnt plumbing / Tim. Wow, he worked so hard to get the clog in our kitchen sink pushed through. I will need a hydro jet as well in a couple weeks still... because the house has 50 years of "Yuck" to have to deal with.
