It first started out with Lynn who answered the phone. She put me at ease as I was very concerned about a leaking gas line. She put me in touch with Bruce and he met me at my home as I was driving in from out of town. He also put me at ease, gave me a quote and said he would have a team out on Monday. They arrived and worked the better part of the day, always professional and their work was spot on. Bruce got me in touch with the gas company and within one hour I was back up and running. We had a technician come out since I was home with cancer and couldn't do the work myself for a sink that was not working right. He said all angle stops were frozen and need to replace piping, angle stops and new sink faucet. 2 months later I tried to turn off the water where he said it was frozen and he couldn't move it with his tools and I was able to do it with no tools and turned it off with my hand. A little vinegar and oil to clear the faucet and complete. The technician was an absolute liar and I don't think we will be calling them anymore after using them and my family using them for over 10 years read more

This is the second time I have hired Bell Plumbing recently. I asked Bruce who owns Bell Plumbing to troubleshoot my solar thermal Noritz tankless hot water heater. I had been experiencing waves of cold water while the hot water was running in the shower. We bypassed the solar panel and it stopped the waves of cold water. He also determined that there was an internal water leak on my 10 year old Noritz tankless water heater. Bruce recommended replacing the Noritz tankless with a new Rinnai tankless water heater and removal of the solar panel which was deteriorated. It was a Wednesday so a new Rinnai tankless was ordered the next day and an appointment setup for replacement install the next week. The installation went smoothly and quickly in less than a half day. The pricing for the job was fair with one small water drip appearing after the installation. I called Bruce about the small drip that same day. He had a helper out the next and the drip was fixed. Very pleased with Bruce and Bell Plumbing and will hire them again. They are experienced, knowledgeable, hard working and completed my job in a reasonable time and at a fair price. read more

Outstanding service and very competitive pricing. You get what you pay for! Thank you, Bell Plumbing.

Excellent work by Bruce and his crew. I had to replace my water inlet pipe from the meter to the house this past July. It was very hot that day, but Bruce and his crew worked very hard to get that water line installed, even going under the driveway. The water heater also needed replacing and everything was done in one day. As a follow up my kitchen sink drain was slow and I called for service Oct. 18th. Henry came out and did an excellent job of replacing a clogged drain fitting that he had to access from outside the house through the stucco. He did an excellent job patching it after he was finished. Highly recommend this company for professional work. read more

Wish I had more stars to add to this for a higher rating. We are having work done in our master bathroom and needed a plumber quickly. Bell Plumbing was available and ready to jump in and help. Got a free estimate and within a timely manner, which helped alot when trying to make a quick decision. They did a great job. Happy with the work Bell Plumbing did. I would definitely recommend and hire them again if in need of any plumbing and/or air conditioning services in the future. Thank you Bruce and everyone at Bell Plumbing. Much Appreciated! read more

Thanks to Bruce and his Team, we have kept the main sewer line cleaned out from persistent tree roots in a tiny seam in the line. Same day service during the week has been awesome to keep the office running. They also have repaired clogged sink drains and new angle stops for the faucets. Thanks Mitch! read more

Well, they did a good job, but I feel that I was overcharged because they changed the $36 sink faucet and was charged $200 dollars, they were done in 30 minutes. read more

When we call the plumber to come back cause what we they did not fix the problem, they don't bother cause they already got paid! Not Bell plumbing! I rarely give five stars but Bell Plumbing provided excellent service on two occasions. They installed our new water heater and changed a faulty part. They also did free estimates. After calling my home warranty company and having their plumbing company come out and quote me an excessive amount to replace my 50 gallon water heater, I called Bell Plumbing to get a quote. They were reasonably priced and very professional. I decided to go with Bell Plumbing and not use my home warranty services. It was less expensive to go that route. This is not the first time I've used Bell Plumbing. I'm extremely happy with their service and my new water heater I highly recommend them. read more

Always neat and fair prices. Use Bell Plumbing for our home and rental property. Always great work!

They did a lot of work for me. They were very reasonable on the price and very professional. They did an entire repipe in house and to street, two new drain lines and a new water heater -- in one day! I was amazed at how fast they were. Brought a good crew of guys out to finish it all quickly. Took the city a few days to inspect but they came back and patched everything shortly thereafter. Patching was included in cost. Won't think twice when I need a plumber. Will call Bell. read more

I had this company come to unclog our main sewer line a month or so ago. While they were here they suggested we move our main line for easier access from under the house, and so we can dump our trailer black tank from home. They gave us a quote, and we just had them come back out today to relocate the main sewer line! They work great as a team to get the job done, and are so very nice, courteous, and incredibly professional. And I can't forget to mention the woman who schedules the appointments for you. She is so sweet, and sounds as though her job is important to her, which in turn makes you feel like you're important to them. Best customer service hands down. I would highly recommend this plumbing company to anyone. If you're not sure on who to choose, call them first to compare, and you'll go back to them, I assure you. read more

Bruce at Bell Plumbing was referred to me by the company who services the HVAC equipment at our large office complex. I was told that Bruce and his crew are "the best," and I couldn't agree more. The water heater to our office building needed to be replaced. Bruce came out the same day and returned with his crew the following day to replace the heater. The price was fair and competitive. His work is extremely professional and prompt, and I've hired him to work on some drainage issues we have in our plant. Bell Plumbing also does residential work, so I'm planning to have them replace all the drains and install a new washout at my house. I'm thrilled to find a reliable, trustworthy and reasonably priced plumber. Do yourself a favor and give them a call. read more

They are thorough, clean and professional. We've used them for years and are always happy with their service. When we are in need of a plumber, it often is on an urgent basis. We woke one morning to find that the main water line had ruptured. We called Bell Plumbing and they showed up within the hour, dug up the old line, put in a new main pipe and replaced the landscaping. It was tell where the trench was dug after they finished. We're grateful to have found such a reliable plumbing outfit. They have helped us many times, always with good results. read more

So thankful for Bell Plumbing! My kitchen sink was backed up and they came within the hour to fix it! Not only did Henry do a wonderful job snaking the drain, but he also identified some missing parts from a sink installation done by someone else last year (these missing parts had caused leaks several times before). He fixed the issues and everything is working great! I am so thankful to have found a trustworthy plumbing company like Bell Plumbing. They will be my go-to from here on out! read more

Professional from start to finish!! Lynn in the office got the guys out there by the end of the day to fix our water heater that was about to blow! They squeezed me in at the end of the day so four vans and 4 plumbers showed up to do the work. They were clean, polite and professional. I had a bid from another plumber that was twice, yes twice as much for exactly the same job. They did everything the other company was going to do for 1/2 the amount of money. I can't say enough nice things about them! read more

I wish I could give 10 stars! I was referred to Bell Plumbing by our friends after striking out with a few quotes we received on Yelp. We had discovered a gas leak in our home late in the evening and I reached out to Bell Plumbing in the morning. They were able to get Bruce and Henry out to my house same day in the afternoon. Right away I could tell these guys were the ones for the job. Bruce was able to find the leak and quickly went to work to solve the issue. Within a few hours they had fixed the leak without having to repipe! Not only is Bruce super friendly, but he's honest and hardworking. It was cool to watch a master at his craft. This guy is the real deal and he has earned a new customer for life. Thank you Bell Plumbing, you guys are the best! read more

The plumber showed up on time. When I answered the door he had a mask on, gloves and shoe covers. He stayed at a distance. He fixed the clog in my kitchen sink and fixed the water pressure. After he finished I walked out on my porch and found he had taken the trash bag out that I had on the porch planning to take down to the trash. He even picked up old newspapers in the driveway and threw them away on his way to his truck. That's service!!! read more
