We love coming in to see Dr Cho! She's friendly, caring, and has clear communications. This is my 3rd annual exam with her, and I've even started taking my little ones in for eye exams here just to make sure their eyes are healthy (family history, so just in case). Dr Cho and all her staff are courteous, on time, and thorough from check-in, exam, to check-out. Dr. Wong is also very nice, we saw him once. What can I say other than FABULOUS service? Everyone here, Jasmine (receptionist), the interns, and Dr. Cho, are such incredible people. Not only do they genuinely want to help you, but they also really want to be personable with you. I work in the hotel industry and hospitality is the one thing I look for in all businesses and this place really provides that quick, responsive service that you're looking for. They make you comfortable and at ease and for someone who really doesn't understand the eye stuff, they really help you through the whole process. Dr. Cho makes it super easy, Jasmine really helps you with the insurance stuff and she's super cool, and the interns are always learning new stuff. Love that combo. Starting with the initial call to schedule an appointment and to ask about insurance coverages, all the staff I met with at For Eyes have been absolutely wonderful. It was easy for them to check my info and set a date. New patient forms are done online - this makes it super easy, and you don't have to remember to bring anything! One of the interns/staff, Cynthia, helped with the pre-exam, and Dr. Cho did the main eye exam. Both explained what they were doing every step of the way and answered any questions I had. I had a full work day ahead of me so dilation wasn't something I wanted to do, so they suggested a retinal image instead, which I took. This is a great alternative and allows them to take a better look at the back of your eyes, apparently! Getting the glasses themselves was super easy, and Cynthia and the receptionist Meagan helped me navigate the horror that is insurance. They use premium coatings on lenses, which are a little more than what your insurance might cover but I'm sure that'll pay for itself. Oh, did I mention, I had my exam in the morning and got my glasses (with astigmatism correction) by the afternoon! That's incredible. read more

I LOVE this place!! The staff is Super friendly, nice and knowledgeable. Dr. Wong is really nice and spends time with you so you fully understand everything. I had been looking for a new optometrist after my last one charged me $175 for the contact fitting and the exam. I called this place and they had a very reasonable contact fitting fee... even for folks with astigmatism like myself so I made an appointment. After walking in for my appt it took less than 5 minutes before I was in the room with Dr. Wong. He took GREAT care of me and I was out of there in no time with 2 different kind of contacts to try out. When I went for my follow up I told him I didn't particularly like one of the brands so we tried a number of different brands till we found one I liked. I moved here from Colorado and needed to find a new eye doctor. I searched Yelp and found that Dr. Cho had all 5 star ratings. All the reviews written about her and her practice were extremely positive. I called and made an appointment. I don't have vision insurance and even at that a comprehensive eye exam is very reasonably priced. When I arrived for my appointment, the receptionist was so nice and welcoming. Dr. Cho's intern took me back to start the exam and she was great too. Once I met Dr. Cho you could tell that she was very knowledgeable and thorough. She didn't rush through the exam. I'm 24 and have had perfect vision all my life, so this was my first real eye exam ever. Intern, Jeremy, started me off with a few basic eye tests. He was very nice and explained everything very clearly. Doctor Wong performed the rest of the tests, explained everything thoroughly, and was also very very nice. I called last Tuesday because my teenage daughter was complaining of blurred vision and our regular doctor would not make availability for her until 2019. I called FLOE and they were so nice and accommodating and agreed to take my daughter in since it was an emergency. I was at work so my husband took her and she needed new glasses. I visited Dr.Cho's office for my new frame and lense on 09/15. I chose her all because of the outstanding reviews on the Yelp. I met three ladies there include Dr. Cho. They are all really friendly. Dr. Cho did my eye examination. She explained each step of the examination clearly. As the patient, I easily follow her instruction and understand the purpose of each step. When I chose the frame, the lady there also gave me objective recommendation to help me get my suitable frame. The whole process cost me about 30 minutes including choose the frame (maybe I decide my frame fast). I have no complaints at all. They are really professional and friendly. read more

I got the sunglasses, too, and they're perfect. But adding to my previous review, my (clear) glasses suddenly developed some odd bubbles and scratches - not cool. I called Dr. Cho one day and got a same day appointment and got my complete eye exam and contacts fitting in one session! The best part of this place is that although she is younger, she is personable and doesn't try to cheat you or be sly with pricing or to give you wrong advice. She gave me perfect advice for my daily routine and gave me helpful advice as to how to avoid my dry eyes and how to maintain my contact lenses. I still use the same brand as my old optometrist's prescription but with the products Hannah recommended for me and her advice, my contacts are much more comfortable fitting and last about a whole week longer and don't get dry! read more

I can honestly say that my experience at For Eyes Optometry was on of the best customer experiences that I have ever had. As a competitive shooter I need two different prescriptions, one for shooting and one for reading. When I asked about getting two prescriptions during my visit I was pleasantly surprised at how amenable the optometrist was (I believe it was Dr. Cho; I am so bad with names) and that she took such an interest in making sure that all of my eye-care needs were met. Another example... there was a mix-up with an email that I sent through the web site. Off-handedly I made a reference to the email and the receptionist was very disappointed that she couldn't find it. A little bit later, during the exam, she made it a point to come and find me to tell me that it had accidentally gone into the spam folder. She apologized profusely for the mix-up, which wasn't really that big of a deal. It was more about her desire to make sure that the customer was happy, regardless of the situation. I got that same feeling from everyone there. Even the optician (forgive me, I can't remember her name) was more than happy to help me with a pair of glasses that were broken. She fixed them while I waited. Also, unlike previous experiences I've had at other optometrists after an exam she didn't pressure me at all to purchase glasses. Don't get me wrong... she did her due diligence and she answered all of my questions, but when I decided to make my decision later there was no pressure from her, unlike my previous experience at a different optometrist. From the receptionist, to the assistant, to the optometrist, to the optician, everybody there provided the best customer care that I could have ever expected. read more

I put off getting my eyes examined due to a negative experience with past optometrist who examined my eyes in 5 minutes and quickly wrote off a prescription because I apparently took too much of her time. So...several years later and eyes worse off....I came across an optometrist close to home and took a chance. The staff was great and Dr. Cho was very detailed and in depth with the eye exam. She wanted to be accurate. I was offered a choice between glasses and contact lenses. The other optometrist said I would never be able to wear contact lenses due to astigmatism. HA!!!!!! There are lenses for that condition! So I decided to go with those and was even shown how to properly put in and take out contact lenses. Dr. Cho's office really takes the time to examine and explain things to the patient. I was given 2 sets of trial lenses to see which set would be more comfortable for me.
