The staff is great. I've only gotten a massage here, but you get quality massages and the staff really knows what they are talking about. I always feel great and relaxed after having a massage. I'll be sure to try floating next time

I got an unwind massage and it was so good! I was so relaxed that I literally fell asleep. The masseuse Amanda did great, really made me feel relaxed and hit all the spots that I mentioned where I felt discomfort. This is my third time here and definitely not my last. :)

First time floaters -- and wow, what an experience! Truly something I didn't know I needed in my life, but now I want to make it a regular part of my self-care routine. My husband got a massage and said it was absolutely perfect. We also spent time in the salt cave -- I sat there reading my book, completely relaxed and recharged. Such a peaceful and calming space! The staff were all friendly, welcoming, and very knowledgeable. Everything was spotless, and the overall vibe was serene and inviting. Parking was easy, and since it's right in the middle of a shopping center, there's plenty to do nearby before or after your session. Highly recommend Float State for anyone looking to reset, relax, and treat themselves to something special!

Absolutely LOVED Float State. Came for the first time after I found a Groupon with the Salt Therapy for two and it did not disappoint. The owner was extremely friendly and showed us around. They do have a big selection of services which is amazing if you're looking for a massage, facial, float or cryotherapy. Highly recommend for a birthday gift or a date.

The salt room - great for sinuses and any breathing issues!

I love Float State and I can't believe this cute little spa is in Corona! The facility is very clean and immaculate, with a beautiful aesthetic. The staff is very professional and helpful. Booking through the website is such an easy process. I purchased one of the membership packages and so glad I did! I highly recommend this place!

From my contact to the end of our services, the staff was exceptionally. I booked services for myself and my three daughters, and from the moment we walked in we felt peace and serenity. Three of us enjoyed the Relax package and one Reboot. State of the art facility with a professional serving in it. This was the first time experiencing Float State and I/we will return for other services.

Do you allow your massage therapists to take cash tips? I would rather give them cash tip upfront rather than adding the gratuity at the front desk.

Yes we gladly accept cash tips for our therapist

Hello 👋. I had purchased the 3 introductory 1 hour float sessions about 2 months ago. I used 1 but didn't quite like it. My question is, am I able to trade the 2 left over sessions for 1 massage session?

Do you guys do couple massage sessions or would both need to be booked seperately?

Hi Johnny! We do offer couples massage in the same room!

Are bathing suits/swim trunks required in the float tanks/rooms?

Go naked girl!!!

Do you have a sensory deprivation tank?

They do! Several of them!

How are the tubs/ areas cleaned, esp with COVID precautions? And can non couples share tanks (friends/ family)?

Not sure about the specifications of the cleaning. But I know they do a clean cycle in between each guest. And they completely drain the tanks and sanitize everything to the fullest extent every Monday.… Read more

For the float, is the water cold or warm? Wonder how the water feels before getting in.

The water inside of our float tanks is heated to a neutral skin temperature; not too hot, not too cold. By controlling this temperature, one may experience a feeling of being one with the water.

Is the couples float in the same tank?

Yes. I have done this with my Fiancée. It was a nice experience, and we weren't lonely in our own tanks.

Can you do the float if you are claustrophobic?

100%! What I have learned about claustrophobia is that it cannot be triggered (of course everyone is different) without an awareness of space. If you float without the lights off and allow yourself to let go, it's very possible that your… Read more

As a family we'd visit The Spa throughout the late 80s and more frequently in the early to mid 90s. We also went there after the 90s but not as often. The last time I went there was around mid 2000. It was always memorable for us but very disappointing when they closed down for a very long time. We went there one time, hoping to enjoy the waters. But all we saw was flat ground where The Spa used to be. We inquired about other spa resorts but none compared to The Spa. I would call sometimes after they renovated the casino nearby to inquire if they would open a hot springs resort again. I was told that the waters were too sacred for the native Americans who own the land, so they would never rebuild a spa. My mom loved it there so much that we tried to find something that was even just a little bit as nice as The Spa in Palm Springs or Dessert Hot Springs. We never found a place like it. Sadly, I stopped inquiring and my mother passed away 2 years ago. I found out recently that they opened Séc-he in 2023, a year before my mother passed. So going there recently was bittersweet for me. I wish my mom had been able to enjoy it but it really doesn't matter since she's in a much better place anyway. I had a great experience there and didn't imagine how much nicer it was than I expected. Of course I was surprised by how much bigger Séc-he is than the previous Spa. I expected to have the same services as The Spa and almost didn't enter because of the price. It didn't make sense to me because I was thinking it was similar to The Spa. This renovated spa resort is much bigger and more interesting, aesthetically, than the previous one. The previous one was built in 1960 and while I liked the mid-century modern look, I like this a lot better. I was given a tour of the area and amenities before I began my journey there. I have been to the three top resorts in Japan, Harbin and Esalen in N. CA, and Beverly Hot Springs in L.A. Séc-he offers more amenities compared to all of those other hot springs and hot springs resorts. You really can't compare because Japanese love to replicate an atmosphere that's as natural as possible. And Esalen and Harbin are outdoor, with Esalen overlooking the Big Sur ocean high above. So it's a different experience and they're not as luxurious as Séc-he. I recommend the 15-minute private mineral bath that you have to reserve. It's one of the only features that was retained from the previous The Spa. You don't need more than 15 minutes because it's very hot. The floatation room was the highlight of my journey at Séc-he. It was my first experience doing that and it was amazing. After a while I didn't feel my body because of the relaxing atmosphere and the way you float effortlessly on the water. Your body is just inches away from the bottom but it feels like you're on a lake or on a calm ocean somewhere in the Caribbean. I highly suggest visiting the spa on a Monday because there's less people. I think Monday-Wednesday would be ideal. I have been to many spa resorts in CA throughout the years that have mineral or geothermal waters. Glenn Ivy and La Vida were our family's favorites but La Vida closed over 35 years ago and Glen Ivy only offers a small geothermal bath that is too small to appreciate because there are too many people using it. My parents used to go to them long before I was born. The only one that still exists in Los Angeles is Beverly Hot Springs but you're limited to 2 hours, which is necessary due to its size. Otherwise it would be crowded with too many people even on week days. If you seek out the best geothermal waters, Mercey Hot Springs would probably be among the best. But I recommend reading about the unique, natural method the geothermal waters are distributed at Séc-he. Because of the way the hot springs move around geologically, you get benefits from minerals that you won't derive from other hot springs. And this is something I immediately felt on my skin after going into the outdoor pool that's fed by geothermal waters. My skin felt like it had an oily, silky residue. The water in that pool is very soft. That's something to keep in mind if you're seeking the most beneficial geothermal waters because all hot springs aren't the same. I will definitely go there again and this time to enjoy cryotherapy.

I've only been to one other large spa like this that even compares and that was the Grand Hotel…read moreVictoria in Menaggio (Lake Como). There is a reason that Spa at Séc-he consistently ranks #1 in many of the rankings in CA and in the US. It is unreal. Not only is it huge, they have thought of literally everything. Re-imagined in 2018 and completely renovated between 2021-23, they re-opened in April 2023. But it's history of being a natural hot springs dates back more than 100 years. I'm not going to detail all the amenities - just browse their site and book some time there. PRO TIP #1: it's not a 1-hour treatment and done. Plan to spend 3-4 hours there, enjoying all the amenities and different areas. PRO TIP #2: booking a treatment includes a 15-minute soak in a personal, private mineral bath. These waters are 108 degrees and come directly from 1.5 miles below the earth surface. Very mineral-y, but I'm sure did wonders for my skin. Don't miss it. PRO TIP #3: if your a FT or PT resident, mention it on check-out, they offer a locals discount. ENJOY!

When we arrived, there was no concierge present despite that being promoted on their website. I had to track down the customer service number myself just to figure out how to access the room we had reserved. About 30 minutes later, I received a call from Anthony claiming I was being "inconsiderate," without even explaining why at first. After repeatedly asking what he was referring to, he said someone complained that my baby was crying -- which simply was not true. I asked him to check the cameras before making accusations, but instead he continued lecturing me and saying he was "protecting his clients." I am also a paying client. I booked and paid for my wife's experience. Once he realized that, his tone and story started changing. But by then, the damage was done. What should have been a relaxing Mother's Day experience became stressful and uncomfortable because of how we were treated. All I was doing was feeding my baby quietly. Instead of handling the situation professionally, Anthony chose to insult me, insult my wife, and send hostile text messages afterward to justify his behavior. A single customer complaint should never be enough reason to harass and disrespect another paying customer without verifying facts first. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place. Professionalism and customer respect are clearly not priorities here. He also thought my name was "Hayes" until I corrected him so who knows if he even called the right client. What a joke.
