Most Epic find and great entertainment business idea. Adults only after 8 pm, monthly Friday night pinball tournaments, old nostalgic video games, and techie new super lit up, layered pinball machines. Ten dolla's for all you can play!!! My husband, adult daughter, and I spent over 2 hours enjoying every game and every moment together.

Discovered a hidden gem in my neighborhood called Flip Off! After living here for over 10 years, I finally got to explore it on Halloween 2024. We hadn't planned anything festive, but my husband surprised me after an appointment, suggesting we check it out on a whim. As soon as I walked in, I felt like I'd stepped back into the late '80s--pure nostalgia! Happy hour was a treat for all of us, and even our little gamer was thrilled! Breah (hope I got her name right!) was fantastic--she explained everything and even helped me with the arcade games when I found myself pressing every button without a clue. She made us feel so welcome, and it almost felt like we had the place to ourselves. I'd definitely come back to soak in those retro vibes and relive some memories. An awesome experience overall!

They've always got an awesome pinball collection that is very well maintained, and usually have the latest releases.

Honestly, it made everything better. We looked great together and just kept the energy going. I had a few drinks (he's a no-alcohol guy), and we spent about two hours playing games, laughing, and just genuinely enjoying ourselves. It was such a fun time, and I really want to go back. The only downside is it's a bit tough for him since it's a bar setting and he doesn't drink--but the games definitely make it worth it.

We do love pinball, but we might have come along this place randomly. It's been busy the few times we have been, which tend to be weekend afternoons. Lot of machines available, seems like frequent tournaments are going on. According to pinball map they have 24 machines, which is pretty large compared to some places. Not so busy you can't play though, prices are comparable. It doesn't seem too claustrophobic like some places, lots of space to move around. Full bar and friendly service. Places to sit. Definitely check this out if you like pinball. I don't think they have food, but I could be wrong.

It looks like there's a space for private parties but may have to ask about that. This place is good for family fun activities. But after 9 pm it's 21 years old and up only. This Arcade is so much fun! It totally reminded me of when I was younger. So nostalgic. They have old school pin ball machines and video games like PAC-man, Donkey Kong and they have air hockey and so much more. They serve pizza but unfortunately i didn't get to try it because we ate dinner before coming here. But I heard it was good. They have tons of choices for drinks. The ambiance is lit. I mean like bright lights, neon colors, and it's very loud. But I think that's to be expected. Also they have a DJ in the arcade which I've never seen in an Arcade. Service was great! People were friendly.

Unfortunately, the experience was completely ruined by the service. The owner, Les, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. When I politely asked why several of the machines weren't working, he responded with a short temper and a condescending tone that is unacceptable for any business owner. While my kids were able to play on the few functioning games, it is clear the establishment is being run down. You have to invest in your equipment; there is no point in staying open if you aren't honest about the fact that a majority of your games are out of order. As someone who runs a corporate firm, I know that respect and transparency are the foundations of customer service. If Les dislikes his business or his guests this much, he should sell it to someone who will actually appreciate the establishment and its customers. It seems obvious that this place will continue to struggle if the owner doesn't start actually caring for his business.

After entering we went to sit in the bar area. First thing we noticed was several empty bar seats and tables but unfortunately they were stacked with dirty dishes and 1/2 finished drinks. That should have been a clue for up to go elsewhere. But we wanted to sit, chat and watch the games televised on the abundance of screens. After sitting down we waited 15 minutes and were not approached. I approached a team cleaning off tables/booths. I asked if we could sit at a booth and was told it'll take us some time to clean off. That took another 10 minutes. Upon sitting down in a few short minutes our waitress cancan took our our. Sadly we were asked to pay our bill before getting our water, drinks and food. BIG MISTAKE! Our drinks showed up in a couple minutes, no water. After looking at our drinks we noticed the glasses didn't appear to have been washed and stuff floating in the bottom of the glass. It took over 20 minutes to get our food. We decided to split the New Triple play. The photo on the menu made it look very appealing. Upon getting the platter we noticed several issues. The pretzel dogs we like dried up slim Jim's in a hard pretzel the was impossible to eat. The smashed sliders only had dressing on one bun a couple diced onions. The chicken wings were covered in the BBQ sauce but were very dry. Only the smash burgers appeared too freshly cooked. The hard pretzel Slim Jim's and chicken surprises felt like they were reheated in a microwave. I had to chase down a bar tender to get water, but was told they ran out of ice. Overall, the was the WORST time/meal/drinks I've ever had going to this establishment. Just amazing for +$80 dollars to have such a bad experience. We are contemplating who to give our $109 gaming cards too. Hopefully you can/will have a better experience than us!
