We had our sons 10th birthday here on Wednesday on an early release day had the whole place to our selves. The pizza is provided by the pizza place in the mall, they provide 2 table cloths and soda of your choice. Brian was super easy to work with and Andrew was amazing with the kids. We were able to bring in our own food and cake so that was nice. All the stations worked there are soooo many games to choose from. Each station has a nice comfy chair. The thing the kids were most excited about was the VR. They each got 10 min on that alone which is awesome. We felt so comfortable they treated us like family. They let us decorate, bring our board games so the adults could play together and also let us play our music on our speaker. Very accommodating. We highly recommend this place for bday party. Great place to try out VR and affordable, when we were shopping in the mall we were able to set up and he was able to play for $10. The staff was super helpful and my son enjoyed playing. It's located in the food court so if you parked at target you could easily go in and avoid the mall traffic read more

If there were an option for a NEGATIVE star rating, I would choose the lowest end of that scale. This place is a complete JOKE in regards to customer service. After dropping off a console for a SIMPLE repair on a Friday, we were told it would be ready for pick up the next day. Went in on a Sunday for pick up and ended up dealing with an employee (who we interrupted playing a video game) who didn't have any idea as to what was going on or what we were talking about. After he made a phone call to the person who took our console on Friday, he proceeded to walk back to their "repair room" where WE saw our console with the INCOMPLETE Diagnostic/Repair Inv. attached to the outside. Apparently, the issue of the jammed tray was resolved because it was now CLOSED, which is why we brought it in to them for repair in the first place. We had asked if it was fixed WHILE the empl. was STILL ON THE PHONE with the guy to took it from us on Fri., and he said "apparently Nate didn't realize it was Friday, I don't know why, when we accepted your console and we don't do repairs on the wkend." We said, "Apparently there was because the tray is now closed and it wasn't closing before which is what the PROBLEM was, how did you guys do that??" The employee made a "crushing closed" gesture with his hands and just shrugged, took it to the repair counter, open and closed the tray 5-7 times, tested it to be sure it read disks and said "Well I GUESS someone must have looked at it, but there's NO NOTES MADE ON THE Diagnostics/Rep. Inv." Not ONLY did they have us pay a $20 deposit to drop the console off for a Diagnosis that according to the empl. was "never done", he proceeded to charge us for a FULL repair that has no record of actually being done! After trying to explain why we didn't feel it was right to be charged for a job that wasn't done, TAXED for the Deposit AND TAXED AGAIN on the total amt. due, the empl. proceeded to say being that he was a "math major" his calculations were the correct and had to be paid. Not only will we NEVER patronize this establishment, we will be sure to share this negative experience with all those we know. read more

My 12 year old son is an avid gamer and doesn't exactly find sitting at Wiggleworks with me very fun while his sister plays. I figure it's better to have him be here being somewhat social in person with other people who share his interests than at home alone playing. The workers answered all of my questions without coming off annoyed and the place has been clean every time I've gone in. When we enter, we are almost immediately greeted so there isn't any awkward standing at the front and my son has never complained about anything negative happening while being here. There is a good selection of games as well. I think the prices are a bit high, but it's not something we do insanely often so it's not that big of a deal for us. read more

I don't know why this place got a bad review, I had an amazing experience! I took my first generation Xbox 360 in to get repaired so I could give it to my little sister for Christmas. The only problem is that it would not read disk games or it would freeze. It read DVDs just fine though. As I suspected it just needed a new laser. Mine ended up having a less common laser and had to be special ordered. Upon dropping it off they told me it would be done by my surgery which was two weeks out. After the first week I went in while I was shopping. They told me about the laser and the owner told me it would done by the end of the week otherwise he would refund the entire amount and still do the repair. I had also asked to get pink LEDs in the power button, which they ended up running out of so they had to order those too so it took another week. The owner called me Saturday morning and apologized. He offered to do the repair, add the LEDs, and put on a ghost case with LEDs all for the original $20 deposit. I got $160 worth of products and services for $20! Saved me a lot of money for Christmas. I did not mind waiting two weeks. This places is awesome and everyone is so very nice. I would recommend it to anyone! read more

Amazing experience! We booked a birthday party for our eleven year old and things started to get stressful when more kids showed up for the party that didn't RSVP. Nate and Megan were quick to find a solution to our problem and worked to please our birthday boy and friends while at the same time multitasking the large line of other players waiting to play. They made room for all of our party guest with grace and patience. Nate and Megan never missed a beat and smiled through the party and kept an upbeat and positive attitude. During the party our group of kids were in their faces at all times with questions and game changes. Megan and Nate were more than happy to help. These two are a gem in customer service! Megan even took time out of the insane busy hours to play with our bored three year old. I could not have asked for a more memorable experience. DO NOT I repeat do not take your game console to this place to get repairs. I had the worse experience ever. I took my children's game console to get repaired and was told it was a general service repair it would take two days to repair. It was not the fact that they was not true (after 5 days I picked up the system not repaired) but the fact that the manager lied about his relationship with the owner of the business. I asked for the name of the owner and he stated he did not know, after researching the company I realized that he was related to the owner which is why he was very unprofessional. And even though they did not touch the system they kept the $20.00, which seems like a scam. I think they know people will get so frustrated with the repair time as well as the rude behavior that they pick up their systems and lose out on 20.00. I've been doing business with play live over the past serval years for all my gaming needs and will continue to, unless they were to shut down. I couldn't be happier with the many visits. Everyone there is very helpful and knowledgable. I have purchased from controller accessories to a full over haul on my Xbox 360. I recently got a clear (Ghost) shell, LEDS in the console, with blue power light, upgraded LED fans, and a cleaning. Got it back in less time than they estimated. Granted the devise did make some more noise than it did before, but then again it could have been my fault between transport and installation. Regardless I took it back and they looked into it due to the 90 day warranty that comes with their services. Got it back and found out that the parts had shifted. Which I'd imagine is very common with aftermarket parts. Either way I'd recommend them to any gamer out there.
