I had a 10 year old birthday and of course this was the spotlight of everything. So as soon as he…read morepulled up 10 min early. He immediately started to get set up. We were worried our parking wasn't big enough for his truck, but no worries he had a permit to take one lane off the not so busy road in front of the house! not only that he came with his on WiFi just in case. all his COVID 19 precautions were in place. He gave a quick run down of the truck and then he let the kids go wild! Well every child had a screen and something to do. From the time he rolled up to the time he rolled out the truck was busy busy busy. I cannot remember his name but, he was a great host even when the kids got a little out of control he was able to calmly handle it. Payment was clear and the amount stated no hidden fees. I tipped him 50 for doing an awesome job. The kids loved it and so did most of the young adults. I definitely would recommend this to anyone who's kids love games and hanging with friends It was a 2hour session but it felt like more. Plenty of time to play your heart out.

My experience was poor, however. They arrived late and left 15 minutes early. They would not meet their two hour commitment. They agreed, after lengthy emails, to a 30 minute discount. Sounds good, right? The two hour price is $412.50, but the 90 minute rate is a confounding $25 less than $412.50. So instead of a $50 discount, they offered $25. YES, this is the price on the website-I get it. But even their invoice says 2 hours at $212.50/each hour. At 15 minutes, that's more than $50. They insisted that the $25 was more than enough. I just wanted them to honor their commitment or make it reasonably right. It's not reasonable. I should not have had to argue for this. People should do the right thing in business as opposed to hiding behind super-business favorable pricing. I hope this isn't something they do regularly.

I hired Game Truck to deliver an online gaming experience for my daughters 10th birthday. And boy…read moredid they deliver. The game counselors are punctual, professional and most importantly really good at working with kids. We had 17 kids total, ranging in age from 4-11 piled up in our playroom. Game Truck brought 20 Nintendo Switches and every kid got to pick not only which game they wanted to play (Fortnite, Minecraft, Mario Kart,, etc) but whether or not they wanted to play with other kids or on their own. That last detail is crucial. Some kids just want to build in Minecraft without the threat of another kid destroying their creation, or explore Fortnite without the threat of sniper fire. During the 1.5 hours of play, I checked on the kids periodically because it was so quiet. Every time I checked the kids were happy and calm, laying on their tummies or against the couch just soaking up the experience. Thank you Game Truck for making my daughters Fortnite-themed birthday a huge success! What an unforgettable evening!!!!
