After the wedding, I now think this was the best money we ever spent. Throughout the day, they made sure everything was taken care of perfectly. They told me when and where to go to keep everything moving on time, they coordinated all the setup, and made sure I didn't accidentally run into my fiancé before the ceremony. After the ceremony they were kind and smart enough to set aside some appetizers for my wife and I to enjoy in our room while we took a quick breather. We were too busy with pictures to have enjoyed them otherwise. They let us know when it was time to go down for dinner, which we had opted to do outside. We had some bad luck, and it was very hot and sunny - so much so that we decided we needed to move the dinner inside, and Kyro and her team got it all sorted in minutes. Our venue had very strict rules where we would be charged steep fines if everyone (including cleanup) wasn't out by a certain time, and she and her team made sure that everything went to plan. They packed our cars with everything we had brought, making sure we didn't forget a thing. We could not have made it through without the help of Kyro and her team. The party in particular was challenging - needs to work for kids and for adults, needs to be special but with reasonable costs. We found Ruti to be a great person to work with: she listened to our needs, but did not hesitate to voice opinions and recommendations. She provided multiple options. She was creative, as an example, she proposed getting to soccer balls where the party guests would sign - small expense for memory-for-life for our kids. She took care of everything - from finding location/DJ/photographer up to the little details like getting the best dessert that wasnt provided on the menu but we wanted. Then she also attended both events and made sure they run smoothly. Working with her removed most of the stress and the events ended up being big success - for our kids, for our guests and for us.
