Honestly, it made everything better. We looked great together and just kept the energy going. I had a few drinks (he's a no-alcohol guy), and we spent about two hours playing games, laughing, and just genuinely enjoying ourselves. It was such a fun time, and I really want to go back. The only downside is it's a bit tough for him since it's a bar setting and he doesn't drink--but the games definitely make it worth it.

We do love pinball, but we might have come along this place randomly. It's been busy the few times we have been, which tend to be weekend afternoons. Lot of machines available, seems like frequent tournaments are going on. According to pinball map they have 24 machines, which is pretty large compared to some places. Not so busy you can't play though, prices are comparable. It doesn't seem too claustrophobic like some places, lots of space to move around. Full bar and friendly service. Places to sit. Definitely check this out if you like pinball. I don't think they have food, but I could be wrong.

It looks like there's a space for private parties but may have to ask about that. This place is good for family fun activities. But after 9 pm it's 21 years old and up only. This Arcade is so much fun! It totally reminded me of when I was younger. So nostalgic. They have old school pin ball machines and video games like PAC-man, Donkey Kong and they have air hockey and so much more. They serve pizza but unfortunately i didn't get to try it because we ate dinner before coming here. But I heard it was good. They have tons of choices for drinks. The ambiance is lit. I mean like bright lights, neon colors, and it's very loud. But I think that's to be expected. Also they have a DJ in the arcade which I've never seen in an Arcade. Service was great! People were friendly.

Unfortunately, the experience was completely ruined by the service. The owner, Les, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. When I politely asked why several of the machines weren't working, he responded with a short temper and a condescending tone that is unacceptable for any business owner. While my kids were able to play on the few functioning games, it is clear the establishment is being run down. You have to invest in your equipment; there is no point in staying open if you aren't honest about the fact that a majority of your games are out of order. As someone who runs a corporate firm, I know that respect and transparency are the foundations of customer service. If Les dislikes his business or his guests this much, he should sell it to someone who will actually appreciate the establishment and its customers. It seems obvious that this place will continue to struggle if the owner doesn't start actually caring for his business.

His friend's family reserved a private room for the birthday event, and I was thankfully able to locate it with the assistance of an employee. The service seemed decent. Orders were taken at a timely manner with food quickly being brought out and serving plates/trays cleaned up promptly once everyone was done grabbing food from the table. I really liked the cleanliness and décor of the place. Has a calming ambience with all the ocean vibes. I was not expecting duckpin bowling (I didn't do any research before coming here) but it seems ideal for a casual time. No one was really taking the bowling seriously since it was more of an event to get together, eat, and chat, so the duckpin bowling is good for all the kids to just bowl for fun and all the adults to chatter in between. I had some pizza, it was good enough (not cheesy enough for my preference but the taste was adequate). A fun time overall. I'm not inquiring about the price though lol looks a bit too fancy for me.

This is the fakest bowling alley to ever exist, everything is wrong. Came here to practice my bowling technique and it is impossible to do. Here is a list of things I wish I knew before coming: 1. Pins on strings. Not my preference- still manageable but makes for a different experience. 2. When booking online, it says shoe rentals included. There were no shoes. Make sure you wear shoes you feel comfy bowling in. It will affect your game. 3. Lanes are not oiled or properly marked!!!! This is the most important part of bowling otherwise you are just shooting blind. The balls were just going every which way regardless of how good your throw was!! 4. The space before the lane was wayyy shorter than a standard bowling alley making it impossible to do a proper approach!!! It took a whole game to adjust. I'm sure this place is fine to come for the arcade, laser tag, or other activities. But if you are expecting real bowling, you won't find it here!!!

The play area side is perfect for little ones and toddlers. They have games that are fun & easy enough for a 3 year old too. Kids 1+ love it (depending on how much they like climbing) - with an area for "4 and under" and some ball play areas and a mini slide for littles. Odyssey 1 is kept cleaner than most places so that's a bonus and if you pay attention you can figure out where your child is. Occasionally you might have to crawl in for a lost toddler and the structures are sturdy (try not to climb in because it's not adult sized!). It can still be a little dirty but again, better than some places. Older kids might tire of the play area and go on over to the arcade side or do laser tag. Food includes pizza and drinks, and loads of people do birthday parties. I've seen adults sit and work along the side or in the seating area with tables. It's not very expensive and if your little one is under a certain height they are free with another paid entry. Adults are free.

Let's face it's an entire convention center room dedicated purely to vintage arcade & Pinball machines. The 3 day festivities are in June at the Tacoma Convention Center. I defiantly anticipate kicking my summer off by launching into my inner geek fest for hours on end. $ 20 to $25 per day is the admission price and the game play free unlimited playing. As a child I played with a pocket full of quarters at the arcade and now it's free once you pony up the admission fee. My favorite games I played this year was the new KISS Pinball machine. Amazing graphics and lightening fast ball action with amazing play. You'll be blown away by the newest features built into this machine. Heck you can even pick which KISS song you want it to play during the game. Also the multi ball play is insane. Ball's are flying everywhere and if you lose one another shots back onto the playing field. Very hyper and sometimes keeps you to focused on the play. Aerosmith 2017 machine was ok, so after a few plays I walked away instead of "Walk This Way". The Metallica Pinball machine was a nice playing machine however AC/DC's 2017 Pinball machine is awesome and should win the 2017 hyper play award. The fact the Angus bares his buns at the end of the game to give you a "MATCH PLAY" number is hilarious. New Batman Pinball machine came out. Kinda ironic since Adam West who played Batman died a few days ago. Vintage games like PAC MAN, Donkey Kong , Tempest & Astroids are line up in the gaming section of the floor. All the games you'll remember from childhood are there to play and as many times as you want. Most fun you'll have in an afternoon in Tacoma , so folks put it on your calendar for next year.

Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing across the board due to a complete lack of oversight and management. During bowling, there was no enforcement of basic lane courtesy or policies. Other bowlers repeatedly ignored turn-taking etiquette, which significantly slowed our play. Because we were practicing proper courtesy while others were not, we lost time -- and since bowling is charged by the hour rather than by the game, we effectively paid for time we couldn't use. No staff intervention, guidance, or monitoring was present. The mini-golf experience was similar. There was no supervision at all. People were going out of turn, grown adults were touching and interfering with the decor, and multiple individuals were in the water features, which felt unsafe and completely unmanaged. It was chaotic and disrespectful, with no staff stepping in to maintain order. To make matters worse, within hours of eating at the on-site restaurant, my 15-year-old son became violently ill with repeated vomiting and diarrhea for over 20 hours straight, resulting in a nearly five-hour visit to Mary Bridge Children's Hospital ER the next night for dehydration and uncontrolled vomiting. I also became ill, though less severely. The common food item we shared was ground beef (patty melt and nachos). Both of us ate the nachos and we were the only two that got sick. When I called the next day to notify the restaurant, the response was immediately defensive, with no concern expressed and no offer of a refund -- I had to ask. I later learned the manager I spoke with oversees both the restaurant and entertainment operations, which unfortunately aligned with our overall experience. I understand that businesses get busy. What's unacceptable is the absence of basic supervision, customer care, and accountability across every part of the visit. This was not a one-off issue -- it reflected systemic poor management.

Perfect for all ages really, but our crew of ages 5+ loved it and we could've stayed much longer than we did. When we parked we didn't expect this place to be so big but it's absolutely massive. Modern day ones, old arcade machines, claw machines, you name it! My son who is the gamer of the family was in heaven here. We ended up grabbing a couple drinks from the bar and it was so cool! They have fun themed cocktails plus a you-pour-it tap wall. And they have a ROBOT BARTENDER! I got a drink made by the robot and it was pretty good albeit very sweet. I got the Princess Peach one. My husband used the you-pour-it wall for cider and they had awesome local selections. We ended up eating at the restaurant too and their menu is pretty extensive! We got a couple different types of pizzas and for an arcade, it was pretty dang solid. We got a chicken pesto pizza as well as a cheese pizza. The kids loved their cheese pizza (hard to mess that up) and we scarfed down the chicken pesto! Also, did I mention your food is also delivered by robots?! Such a fun touch for the kids! They also have tables with game consoles and tvs on the wall which is a great way to keep hungry kiddos distracted. Definitely suggest checking this spot out, with or without the kids!
