I then decided to hire them for the job. They came in at 7:30 A.M. in the morning to beat the summer heat. It requires piping and extension exhaust vent directly to outside top siding. He came out the next day to have a look and recommended capping the existing concrete as the quickest and most affordable option. He wasn't the cheapest quote, but he had good suggestions for improving the look, the leveling, and drainage which was also important for us. He and his crew came out the next week and finished the job in a day. It looks great (we get compliments), it's all usable space now and it drains much better. I'd give five stars, but he left his blower at home and so left our furniture and other things covered in concrete dust from a little demo they had to do.
