As promised, I always give places three tries-- but this time I waited for my fifth visit and this place definitely keeps me wanting more. Came on a Friday night with a reservation. Be sure to tell the hostess you parked in the lot so they can validate your parking for 3 hours. I love the aesthetic of this place! It's great for a girls night or date night. They also have patio seating outside. I ordered the watermelon margarita (seasonal) and it tasted exactly like the watermelon sour patch candy. Can't say I loved it but it wasn't horrible. I was able to finally order the meatballs (the last time I came they ran out). They were delicious! Definitely worth it and tender and flavorful. I also ordered my to-go short rib pizza. As much as I want to try other pizzas, this one is my favorite. The service was great, though, I had 3 different servers. I guess their shifts kept ending. Nice upscale spot for a pleasant dinner with friends. I came here after my first day on the new job to celebrate and catch up with my best friends who now are only a mile away from me and it's the best! We were debating between this and Mexican, so next time we will try Puerta next door. But I am happy that we ended up here this time around. We sat outside even though there was the potential for the odor from the dumpster nearby to waft over. Luckily that did not happen- the breeze was light! Our server was friendly and attentive. I only had water but my friend had club soda and a red wine. For our mains, I got the sausage and pepper pizza and my friends shared a Caesar salad and classic pepperoni pizza. This place is cute! The decor gives an elegant feel. We came here for a birthday dinner and I'm glad bc I had been wanting to check them out. Parking is horrible! This plaza has limited parking, shared with other businesses and fills up real quick! The parking garage is $5 per 30 min. You cannot park in the lot across the street or you will get towed. Ok now for the real deal. I ordered the Rio flight (I think that's what it was called). Came with a white, still rosé, and 2 reds. All from the same brand, and from Spain. They were good! It was $30. They also have white and red flights. For the food, I ordered the fried artichoke. It comes detached, small pieces topped with tomatoes, dill, and a sauce. It was ok. The flavor of the artichoke could have been better. Without the toppings it would have been bland. $14. The serving size wasn't price. I also ordered the short-rib pizza. It was bigger than I had anticipated. Definitely could be shared amongst 3-4 people. It was flavorful, the short-rib was perfectly cooked and blended well. I got mine without the red onion. It was $26. The birthday girl ordered the steak & frites. The plate was the same size as our appetizer plates. It looked like she had ordered a skewer. The fries were the thinnest shoestring french fries I have ever seen. I told her she was better off ordering that from across the street at Catalina Kitchen & Bar. The size alone definitely didn't justify the $32 price. And they only cook it 2 ways, rare or medium. They will not cook it how you want it. Very cute establishment, clean bathrooms, and moody lighting. Wine is amazing, well priced for what you get. I had the French flight, a group of amazing reds. We got the focaccia, bread was cooked well and had a nice crisp. It was served with a tomato/marinara that kind of fell flat but was a decent compliment to the focaccia. We tried to order meatballs and they were already sold out by 7 pm. We ordered a three cheese pizza and the pig and fig, centers of the both pizzas were not cooked all the way. Flavors were okay, I could have got this same pizza somewhere else for a 3rd of the price. Pizza is 1/3 of their menu so you would think the pie would come cooked better. Overall fine, but there are other spots I'd recommend for food. Service was good. We had two servers, I think the first woman's name was Elizabeth. She was so nice, knowledgeable and chatty in a good way. (: we really enjoyed her service. When it came time to go she said another server would take care of us. He never came, admitted he forgot and we had to flag him down. Still nice though. If I were to recommend this place it would be for a glass of wine on 1/2 price Tuesday and maybe an app before going over to Puerta or the crunkleton to eat. read more

Visited Flight for the 1st last night. I did a reservation the night before online that required me to put down a credit card. When we arrived they couldn't find the reservation and we were placed on a waitlist for an hour- we ended up waiting 75 min. This is a very cute location, it's very vibey with the low lighting. We were given a table in the main dining area- my goodness these tables are TINY and the way they are placed you will have servers zooming past you all night. If you can get a booth or table in the other areas I highly recommend. I did the Old World Reds flight and thoroughly enjoyed it. My friend did the Rose flight and like it. We both got the short rib pizza and man oh man it's so good! I absolutely would be back for that pizza. read more

This place is a must-visit for any wine lovers! Their flight style of wine with a tiered tower makes it possible for you to have 4 different wines without the table being cluttered by glasses! They also swiftly took them away when you're finished, top notch service! The pizzas were to die for, you'll have leftovers so I'd recommend splitting one between two people, but I'm not going to lie, having leftovers from here is SO worth it. My friend and I booked a reservation to come while the weather was good and sit on the porch outside in the evening, talk about vibes. It was very cute, I love the atmosphere on a cool summer night was very enjoyable. The servers were very helpful with any questions about the menu and the wine selections. All flights are as is. I didn't have the chance to take pictures of the food but here's what we got: - the ricotta: must get! - the sweet potato hummus with homemade naan: wowwwww absolutely incredible - broccolini: so good - lamb lollipops: cooked perfectly and general flavor was great but a little salty for us - chefs pork belly: delish and the brussel sprouts with it were amazing - Salsiccia pizza: oh so good. I've been wanting to try this spot in the neighborhood that opened last year. The place itself is super cozy, with modern and rustic vibes. They have seating for small groups, or even larger groups. We went with 4 people and ended up sharing a handful of appetizers and pizza. Highly recommend the whipped ricotta and meatballs. I also got an espresso martini which was so tasty. I'll definitely get that again. As for the pizza--absolutely delicious! The crust was crispy, the toppings were fresh, and it had just the right amount of flavor. I cannot recommend flight enough! I went here for the first time last night with some friends. Everything i had was AMAZING. The only problem per se was our waiter not really checking on us very often and forgetting to put in my friend's food after she had asked about it twice. The Spanish Caesar was cold the way i like it and flavorful. As a person that orders a Caesar salad everywhere i go this one was done just right. The pizza was hot, fresh and juicy goodness. The focaccia was warm, crispy on the top and GOOD. I wish they had a different sauce with it but honestly no complaints eating it by itself. We ordered the ahi tuna au poivre large plate to share with, had some olives and roasted red peppers and chili oil and balsamic reduction. Tuna was peppercorn and coriander crusted and cooked beautifully. Nice thick steak type pieces. Loved this dish. Also shared the funghi pizza. Lively thin crust and cheesy and lots of different mushrooms. Yum. They gave us in the house a nice skillet cookie with ice cream for the birthday girl. Which was really nice. After signing the check and paying approximately $80 for a funghi flatbread and steak and frites (overpriced tiney potato sticks) the waitress was told to tell us that we shouldn't have brought in the 100 Grand candy bar! really? I really liked the concept and the interior of the restaurant. There is plenty of outdoor seating and the inside is dark and moody, a fun expensive for a wine bar. I ordered a pizza and felt it was a little heavy, i prefer a flatbread to be light, rather than very cheesy. The waiter was a little inattentive, but nothing to really complain about. I was blown away at how busy this place was - every seat filled! Service was attentive and patient. I liked the dark/moody interior. I thought the experience with the wine may be different than it was since I was under the impression it was a wine bar? It does not feel like one to me particularly - service made it feel more like a busy restaurant. I did not like the chopped salad at all - ordered it based off of a menu photo online, but it was pretty pathetic in comparison. Seemed like leftovers just thrown in and not a thought out dish. It was missing ingredients I would've ordered it for! The chicken that I added was just odd and I wish I did not add it to the salad. It was a strange cut and barely seasoned. Maybe the most bland chicken ever. It looked to be a cut with a leg and don't want to deal with bones on a salad! Completely turned off by that. As far as parking goes - good luck! Arrive with plenty of time to account for driving around the establishment if you're going a busy evening. I wound up parking across the street in the deck which was a whopping $25.
