Do not order from them! It's been over a month and no desk. They are a scam. Customer service doesn't work

I ordered my desk on Dec.30. When it first arrived I was missing a part for the desk which is no big deal that happens. Then when my table top arrived it had scratches on the ends and seemed like it wasn't brand new. I called customer service spoke to Joana on 1/16/21 who was suppose to order another table top. I am yet to receive my replacement. I called customer service they were just making excuses saying she was promoted and they were having issues with there email. I asked for a supervisor to call me and am yet to get a call. Horrible service and I would not recommend getting a desk from them they might just send you a used one. read more

I've read plenty of reviews of the customer service at Flexispot, and honestly had me worried after I found out there was an issue/error with the second half of my desk shipment. Lots of reviews say that customer service is awful and they can't even be reached, but in my experience it seems as if they've improved upon all that feedback. Even though when trying to call them a few times I wasn't able to get ahold of anyone and there was no queue or voicemail service, a rep reached out a few hours later via text to see how they can help and was able to help me. Before I had received the text, I tried emailing orders@e.flexispot.com per the confirmation email for help, but received an 'inbox is full' message. I was able to find another email on their website (contact@flexispot.com - use this one for help!) that was able to get me to someone who can help. Overall, it wasn't the cleanest user experience, but I was able to get the help I needed from Chris from Email Support and Rowena from Texting Support. The learning here should be on the team who sets up the backend of the customer user experience, but overall have had wonderful experiences with the customer service once I'm able to reach them! read more

My desk arrived on time, but it was missing the monitor arm mount. It took a while to reach customer service. I tried sending an email, but it bounced back due to a full inbox. I tried calling but the pre-recorded message said no one was available and hung up on me. I was able to reach customer service using their chat feature online and Jhonas assisted me. He let me know the mount was delayed but would be on its way shortly. He also helped me find the online video to show how to put it together. The desk seems to work fine, but it isn't to size as described. I order 48x24 and it measures as 47 1/4 x 23 5/8. I was told this is normal and they 'round up.' Also, the written directions that come with the desk aren't visually to scale, so I found it difficult to understand where to screen the desk top to the base. read more

Horrible customer service. Possibly a fraud company. Customer service never answers and is in China and other places. My CC was charged before receiving any kind of shipping information. Customer service will send you SMS messages and sometimes respond with literally made up information. The products I was able to select and order apparently only "half" of the desk just the base was in stock after "further review" via SMS message. read more

Support Agent Niña is amazing! I built my desk, but when I went to test it out and make sure it worked, it wouldn't lift up. I initially spoke with a different agent, was asked to turn in a video, and was told to wait 48hrs for a response. I waited 3 days and reached out again through the website. That's when I got the amazing Niña. She took the time to send me info and offer options on different ways I could trouble shoot on my own with her guidance. Thank you again Niña. I got the 48" double motor adjustable desk along with a chair and floor mat (for standing). This is the second adjustable height desk I have the first one was from a competitor for our small office. After I go back into the office, this desk will probably be the kitchen/workbench. This took only 5 days to get to me, although due to COVID-19 it did come in at separate days. I had no complains as my poor FedEx driver probably would have killed me if it arrived all at once. Once it arrived my husband and I easily put the legs together and added the tabletop-instructions were intuitive enough to have two people who just wanted the table up. There was missing holes for mounting the power source for both motors and the control, but we were able to get those in nicely. We then were able to get the table upright and clean up the wirework as well as get the monitor risers on the table and get the monitors on the risers. It was relatively quick and easy, adjusting the height was a little rough due to it's tightness but that's quite ok. I was able to get the table in and the mat underneath and gave it all a run. I'm so happy, adding in my favorite heights to be one touch programming is fantastic. I couldn't find the tracking for my chair and when I looked online, I saw only the tracking for the items which arrived already. I contacted customer service by phone at first and left a message and followed up with an email request. I got a response in 10 minutes after my submission and an apology for the delay. I got my tracking that night and the next day, the chair was here. Also, as easy to assemble and does the trick for when I sit down. It's not a comfy gamer style chair, it's more practical. I am in love with the entire set up. The only thing that is a downside is the weight of the desk and risers, but I know that this desk will stand for many years so that's the pro side of that weight. I can be confident that it will keep me from having any pain working from home. From using a kitchen table to this, what a change and a fantastic one at that. I bought one of their premium dual arm monitor mounts for my office, but they have different models that would be fine for any budget. I was surprised because it doesn't look like a big box store. They have a nice little display that happens to showcase the best monitor mounts in the bay area - I am totally serious about this! I ordered the Flexispot Desk Bike 7/22 and it arrived the next day! Installation was easy and the bike works great for me. A week into it the bike started developing a clicking noise. I reached out to their online chat support feature on a Saturday and my Customer Service rep Jhonas guided me quickly to send him a video of the issue. Jhonas advised that he will provide a follow up resolution shortly. The following Monday, I received a tracking# of a replacement bike. The issue was resolved with no clicking noise. I am very impressed with their great service and customer support. They certainly value customer satisfaction. read more

They are quick to sell broken products. I did buy them as they were cheaper than my previous product Varidesk but cheaper means poor quality. I had to reach out to Vanessa in customer service several times as components were missing. It took two weeks for product to arrive and another six weeks for parts to arrive. I'm meanwhile, Vanessa gave me a refund after I escalated with Amazon. However, she told me to keep product and gave me a desk bike for free. The free product arrived in one week. All in all don't know how this company is able to sustain itself. I sold the bike and used the money to buy a Varidesk. Never going to do business with this company and it's a zero star. read more

Awful awful awful. I ordered a "solid wood top" and received a very cheap looking board that was laminated. When I called customer service I got the run around "all our boards are laminated" they said, even though it says "solid wood". Because of my neck issues, my PT suggested to get an adjustable desk. I opted for the two level, and I really want to love it. However the back Shelf is not constructed/supported well...AT ALL. The weight limit is 33 lb, and my monitor is only 20 lbs. The shelf bows in with a monitor. I contacted customer service, and asked if they could send a replacement back shelf, as the wood could just be a lemon. I was told that the weight capacity is 33 lb, and to just send it back. For 3 weeks I kept on asking them can you just try this, as I need it for medical issues. Finally another CSR was trying to help, and I just received an email saying they're all out of stock. Really? So they literally provide no solution other than just return it. This is the worst run customer service and company that I have encountered. This product is flimsy read more

I received a package from this company in error. It was a chair I did not order and was not billed for. They couldn't help me on line so I called and after putting me on hold for a long time, they couldn't help me either so they required a e-mail with pictures before they could do anything else. I am so frustrated that they want me to jump through all kinds of hoops in order to return their merchandise. I am sure there is someone somewhere who was charged for this item, wondering what happened to it and being told it was delivered. Ordered a standing desk frame. When I went to set it up, the parts didn't align due to a manufacturing error on the upright columns, so the device is unusable. I explained this multiple times to their customer service group. They sent me another part, even though that wouldn't have come close to solving the problem, rather than send me a whole new unit, which I had asked for. I have asked for an RMA number / return label and my money back - their website says free returns within 30 days - but so far no response. This company is likely fraudulent. Placed an order in good faith for 4 overhead storage racks through the online website. Paid in full with Paypal and then saw that Flexispot had cancelled the order just hours later. Contacted Flexispot and was told they had no idea how or why the order was cancelled but all they could do was reorder and I had to pay the full order price a second time. I said I'd have to wait for a refund before I could afford to order and pay for product a second time. It's now been 3 weeks of calling and emailing in an attempt to get a refund on the order that Flexispot cancelled and all I've gotten is promises from customer service. No refund and Flexispot has not once called or responded with an email in the time they said they would do so. I ended up having to escalate the issue with Paypal since now Flexispot won't even answer the customer support line and messages left are never returned. This company has great product but horrible customer support and appears incapable of running its own business. Bought the same product from Amazon and got it 2 days after I ordered it. AVOID THIS BRAND COMPLETELY! There is ZERO customer support for defective part replacement. The company has no professional way to handle defective product replacement request. Their strategy is basically dodge you request and giving false claim that you ordered the product from broad branch (I was told once that the product was ordered from England and once from Japan so that they cannot process my request. In fact, I only order this from the US official site, I am not an idiot ok). If they find out they cannot fool you, they will say something like we are in the process of your request and technical team will be in contact shortly while the truth is I've been waiting for MONTHS and never get the promised response. I've contacted their support more than 3 times trying to get things resolved because the electronics were not working on the desk so the desk height cannot be adjusted, but you know the answer, they just keep dodging and never try to resolve this simple issue (which is replacement for the batters and cords), I didn't even ask to replace the entire desk. I will post the copy of conversation with their tech support for others to reference (My last attempt with them, while the answer is obvious they ignore the request AGAIN). TLDR, avoid this brand please, you can find much affordable alternatives out there with much better customer service. Their product is pricey with no customer respect / support at all. read more

I ordered two sit-stand desks from Flexispot. They sent me table top that has no way to attach to the table base. Apparently, table base is made by some chinese company called Loctek and all Flexispot does is sell table top. When I contacted Flexispot to send me correct table top, they replied to me saying please take a drill and make holes in the table top. Their table top is absolutely lowest quality. First thing, I should not be required to drill holes and second thing, if I drill holes, whole table top is going to fall apart because of low quality. If you want to see how authentic their customer service is then please try to call their "customer service" number. I am waiting for them to refund my money or else would be forced to dispute charges with my credit card company and take these cheap shots to small claims court. read more

Flexispot Advertises All-in-One Desk Bikes - Deskcise Pro $349.99 on their website with 178 5-star reviews. Actually, there were a few 4-star reviews, however they were out-weighed by the 5-star ratings. I read all of the reviews, and they seemed genuine, however, three were absolutely none that mentioned the $12xx.70 shipping charge, which is outrageously expensive and out of line. How so? Because, as an example, I purchased about three years ago a 16 foot aluminum orchard ladder with an adjustable 3rd leg that sold for right at $600. The shipping by common freight, was a little over $100 from the southeastern USA to California, delivered to my residential home by the common carrier. There is no way that 178 people wrote essentially 5 star ratings for the exercise desk without mentioning the outlandish required shipping charges, nearly 3 times the value of the desk/bike. Furthermore, the company Flexispot is not at all honest in their marketing, since they do not show up front the shipping cost of over $1200 anywhere, as do sellers like Amazon and eBay and too many others to begin listing herein, until one has entered all credit card and shipping information, and wasted between one and two hours reviewing their products, comparing it to other manufacturer's like products and then making a selection of Flexispot's product. This is like spitting in prospective customer's faces. There is no way that there would be even 178 buyers of these reviewed bikes at the outrageous combined costs of the items and the excessive shipping costs. Maybe, the US military, or some other taxpayer sponsored entity, are the ones footing the bills for these goods, or someone elected to government office. More likely, the reviews are entirely bogus, or carefully edited to lure customers in. Maybe they survive on the hurried customers who fail to notice or comprehend the extreme shipping and handling costsNo consumer would waste their money in this manner, and no consumer should be subjected to the online abuse of their time and attention to such an unscrupulous seller.
