I ordered them via my local store, received timely updates, and had an excellent experience with the White Glove Delivery. They are just the right scale for my Restoration Hardware Dining table that is designed for small spaces. Sadly on the first use we discovered that the coefficient of friction between the bare wood feet and our tile floor produced a loud screeching sound. According to the Store staff it is not advisable to attach glides to these chairs....I suspect it is that the legs are too thin. I ordered a set of Silicone & Felt Chair Leg Protectors...which did the trick.

After navigating through some of the most run down parts of San Jose to get there, we arrived at a driveway half blocked by an electricians truck. The parking lot was nearly full. We saw a man working outside and asked if we could park behind the forklift, he said yes so we did, but much of the parking lot was taken up by Liberty's inventory, a hodgepodge of office furniture, patio furniture, and what looked like psychiatric hospital rubber foam couches. You could only tell it was them from a worn out sign out front. We made our way inside to a warehouse stuffed to the brim with used office furniture. The first chair my wife liked she sat in. She asked the woman how much. "$450, it's a genuine Herman Miller, normally $1200 on their site" "Let's go" my wife said, and we walked out. Looking at the Herman Miller site, it's not the Aeron which is the closest chair styled to the web back/seat chair we were looking at. It might be a model a few years older, which means it's not worth 1/3rd of what the latest model is worth. I'm not sure where this egregious pricing comes from. $160 tops from the places I would go to. That being said, my wife said she'll just buy a chair off amazon. I suppose Liberty's warehouse will continue to pile up, especially considering the incoming economic downturn which will have these things literally being thrown out on the curb.

I was looking to install a pergola in our backyard and evaluated multiple options and various…read moredifferent price points, including a DIY unit from a SoCal company and a European unit from a Florida installer. Ultimately, I chose StruXure and Blue Sky, and working with Bob Grossman made it clear I made the right choice--his expertise was immediately apparent. Design & Problem Solving: The initial quoting process was done virtually using photos of our outdoor space, and Bob shared relevant pictures of similar recent projects. When his team came out for the live site visit, they identified a crucial code issue regarding heater clearance in the original design. Bob quickly proposed a revised solution that met all code requirements while maintaining full form and function. Although this required a slight cost increase and a small parallel roof modification, Bob was completely transparent about the pricing. Process & Installation: After contracting, Bob provided shop drawings, confirmed all components, and ordered materials. He even graciously held the materials until our parallel construction dependencies were ready. The installation crew was highly skilled and completed the main structure in just two days. When a couple of Bromic heaters didn't work initially due to a faulty control switch, Bob and his lead installer followed up diligently over a few extra visits until it was perfectly resolved. The Final Result: We now have an absolutely awesome pergola attached to our home on two sides, featuring: - Motorized louvers and motorized shades on the open sides - Integrated down-lighting and LED color accent lighting - A smart outdoor fan and elegant, high-power Bromic electric heaters - Internal drain pipes within the posts connecting directly to existing backyard water drains - Full smart control for everything Pergolas like this are a significant investment, making proper design and expert installation absolutely critical. I highly recommend Bob, Blue Sky, and StruXure for a fantastic experience. I will add pictures once the rest of our backyard construction is completed!

Bob came out to see our yard, helped us think through the best design, and balanced the desires of my wife and I. We especially appreciated Bob's responsiveness throughout the entire project as he always responded quickly. His crew was professional, detail-oriented, easy to work with and very experienced. We had some changes mid installation that didn't slow the crew down at all. They also cleaned up thoroughly every day (even vacuumed metal shards), and finished a few days ahead of schedule. Bob checked on the installation progress often and in person just to make sure the installation was meeting our expectations. I highly recommend Bob and BlueSky Outdoor -- great design and ideas, transparent communication and very professional installation.

Harry Singh only seems to respond to emails about once every two weeks, making it almost impossible to move the order process forward. Calling isn't any better--you end up on hold for a very long time, and when someone finally answers, they often ask if they can call you back. Unfortunately, those callbacks never happen. I've also left multiple voicemails without ever receiving the help I needed. I'm sure the in-store staff is wonderful, but since special orders have to be handled over the phone, the lack of communication and follow-through has made the experience incredibly frustrating. When we went in, the owner Steve walked us through the various options for arm and back style, seat cushion firmness, and material. There were enough models on display for us to look at and sit in so we were able to get a good sense for what we wanted. Ultimately we went with a fully customized sectional in leather. Steve was very thorough in writing down all of our specifications (number of seat cushions, tight back stitching, seat height, seat depth, arm height, arm width, back height, leg height, overall width, bumper length, chaise depth, leather color). Even with all that recorded detail, we were still a bit nervous pulling the trigger on such a large purchase without being able to see it in person beforehand. However, Steve assured us that nothing would get lost in translation between himself and the manufacturer. The lead time was a couple of months but Steve kept us in the loop as it was going through production (we even received a photo of the sofa before it was shipped to make sure it aligned with our expectations). The delivery was on time and the setup was a breeze. We are extremely happy with the look and feel of our new sectional!
