The instructors are so lovely and I haven't encountered any issues with anyone there. Stacey and Annie are my favorite instructors. I haven't been there long enough yet to experience the other instructors more than once yet, but the experiences I've had have all been wonderful and positive! Some poses were challenging, but she does a great job coaching and keeping the energy up. Then I tried the V2 Reformer + TRX class with Michele--the equipment and Michele really worked us out. We focused a lot on arms, legs, and core, and I definitely felt like I got a solid workout. Both instructors were super nice, and I like the open, airy space in the studio. Everything is super clean and well-organized. Each station is fully stocked. The instructor lets you know what items you'll need for class but they also have a wall chart that shows what equipment will be used for the class. They have cubbies for your stuff, and don't forget to bring grip socks! Also, I found parking right in front of the studio--super convenient. Looking forward to my next class!

Olivia was thorough and listened to the needs of others who needed accommodations/modifications. She was also super motivated and challenged our class with her workout set. However, there seemed to be a little bit of a light funk of body odor that lingers throughout the place. I hope they find a way to circulate fresh air around the studio to make it a better visit next time!

Both are very nice, they are bigger than some of the other OT gyms (Cupertino for example). Front Desk - Everyone is very friendly and nice, they seem to quickly remember people's names. Instructors - I typically go during the day so Sean and Shannon are my favorite instructors, but all of them are good. Workouts - I often go to the UpperBody strength workouts but I also enjoy the regular OT classes where you do some weight training/TRX, rowing, and treadmill. I've had knee issues so you can also ride the stationary bike instead of treadmill if preferred. Bathrooms - very clean They have cubbies and lockers to hold your purses/backpacks and coats etc. I highly recommend OT, they can make adaptations to the workout if for example, you can't do step-ups on to the weight bench, etc. Parking - you park in the apartment building garage, I only had an issue getting parking there once.

They asked for our IDs when checking in and since it was my first time the instructor showed me around the studio. They explained to the class that they needed to check ID for security purposes. This class was super packed. I think there were 20 people in the class. Boy does this class get really hot. I was sweating and the work outs were very challenging but it felt rewarding. The instructor did a good job explaining the work outs. I would definitely come again.

The teacher was nice enough, but fairly perfunctory. Overall, it is a good choice for more advanced practitioners and those who want a cardio workout. When looking at the pictures of the studio here on Yelp, I was a little creeped out noticing studio photos apparently taken in the back of the class by Yelp posters during class. Cell phones should not be permitted in the studio, and, worse, no one should be taking pictures of classmates and posting them on Yelp. It seems a violation of privacy. The owner was thanking people for posting these photos. I haven't seen anything like this at any other studio's Yelp page....
