We always go to Parson for a second opinion, b/c he knows the business and we can trust him. He said there was a very small leak and that replacing the steering column was not necessary. It also did not have anything to do with the reason why the car was having issues. He fixed the car and recommended watching it and if it gets worse, then we should go back. He's a gem!

I took my car to the dealership before and they overlooked several components. I was shocked to know that batteries were 8 years old and without any issues. The dealership didn't catch that even though they indicated that the charging system was checked. Similarly, my brakes needed flushing. That was 3 years overdue. First that my vehicles engine mount was broken, I had the vehicle inspected, and serviced multiple times and no one else noticed this issue. After replacing he showed me the torn piece. He probably either saved my life or saved my vehicle from being disabled, as the broken engine mount could have caused a disaster. Also I needed to order a second key FOB, 2 BMW dealerships refused to place the order for me, each brought up a different excuse (part on back order, etc). The dealership recommended that I order the FOB through a Canadian Dealership, as my vehicle was manufactured for Canada. Which meant I had to physically go to Canada to either place the order or pick up the FOB. But as soon as I discussed this with Eugene, he was aware of the process, and took care of it through his resources and within a few weeks I was able to pick up my FOB that came directly from BMW in Germany! I can not recommend BMV service enough, one of the best car shop experiences I've had. Highly recommend to any BMW owner!

He's very friendly and gives an honest price everytime. Call and talk to him and he'll tell you what's up without the usual pressure or run around. This is a great place to get some body work done or the typical maintenance that's required such as oil changes, brake pads, check engine diagnosis, etc. Most work can be done while you wait but if it can't then he'll immediately let you know.
