VERY VERY happy with our wedding flowers. We went to Judy's and looked through some of the books of sample arrangements. She worked with us and listened carefully to the colors and types of flowers we wanted for our fall wedding. I was very excited to see the final result but was nervous to see if my choices would turn out well. Judy made some suggestions and was very reassuring. They turned out even better than I could have hoped! I was so excited when my mother in law brought the boquets to where we were getting ready. My whole wedding party got excited and wanted to start taking pictures of them immediately!!! We also got matching arrangements to hang on the arch. VERY VERY happy!

Judy, our florist at Fleurs de Jour, did an amazing job at our daughter's wedding. Her flower arrangements were absolutely gorgeous. Our family and guests thought the venue looked outstanding. The arrangements were exactly how we discussed: full, fresh, and romantic. The setting couldn't have looked more beautiful. She and her team exceeded our expectations. Judy made sure every detail was perfect. If she couldn't find the exact vase she was looking for, she would create it herself. Judy even dyed some of our flowers so the colors in the bouquets were exactly what we wanted. Our guests are still talking about how beautiful everything looked from the tables, to all the bouquets, corsages, and boutonnieres. Judy made our venue look like it was seriously right out of a bridal magazine. Her costs were extremely fair, and she was generous with the extras that she just included for free. I would not hesitate to give her the highest recommendation possible. Judy clearly knows what she's doing and everything she says that will happen, will! I was appreciative that she was always available when I needed to speak with her. We loved her integrity, honesty, and professionalism. She will be our florist for life! I honestly will not go anywhere else! Judy has proved to be the best for our family.

We had 35 minutes of play in the space world and then moved over to 35 more minutes at the candy land. Then we moved on to the private party room for 50 minutes. The host would use a siren when it was time to move to the next room and to guide us over.  I'm thoroughly impressed with the way Wacky Tacky handles birthday parties. They clearly know what they're doing. The host took care of everything which took the stress away from me. She set up the room, put my favors and cupcakes out. She served pizza, cupcakes, and used gloves to serve! She even sanitized all the kids' hands before eating. I love how they take cleanliness and good hygiene very seriously. Plates, forks, napkins, cups, utensils, tablecloth, hand sanitizer, were all provided.  Food orders do have to be made in advance, but I was able to add juice boxes and soda while I was there. Pizza came delivered close to the time it was time to move into the party room and was kept in the heated bag, so the pizza was actually still hot when it was time to be served.  Wacky Tacky was highly recommended to me for birthday parties, and I can see why. Definitely recommend to host a birthday party here! It's very organized. They even played a personalized happy birthday song to my son which I thought added such a nice thoughtful touch.  My son loves going here for open play as well. It's a great place for him to run and climb that isn't weather dependent since it's indoors.

We paid $500 for an all-inclusive birthday package, but from start to finish, the staff made it clear that they couldn't have cared less. The entire event was chaotic, uncoordinated, and stressful. There was no assigned party host, only a disengaged food server in the party room who offered little to no communication. I constantly had to track down staff to ask what was happening next and where we should be. When I arrived to set up, I was told I'd have 10-15 minutes to prepare the room. Instead, I had to repeatedly check in to see when it would be ready and was finally given just a few minutes to set everything up. During the party, the staff member assigned to our room showed no initiative or enthusiasm. He didn't communicate the schedule, didn't announce when food or activities were starting, and clearly had no idea who the birthday child was. He simply stood in the corner, quietly handing out pizza with no effort to coordinate or engage with the group. After pizza and cupcakes, we still had about 35 minutes left in our scheduled time. I was then told that too many guests had been allowed into Wacky Tacky, so the kids couldn't play afterward as promised. The children were disappointed and confused. I asked to speak with a manager, but no one ever came. I've since called multiple times to follow up, and not once has a manager called and spoken to me. Several of my guests mentioned they had attended other parties here before and had much better experiences, which only made this event more frustrating. Save your money and go elsewhere, Enchanted or literally any other venue would be a better choice. This was a disorganized, poorly managed experience, and we will not be returning

The second was a beautiful grilled vegetable platter with asparagus, peppers, zucchini, squash, carrots and bread and crackers accompanied with hummus and ranch dip. The table was constantly replenished by Joseph, who also picked up plates and cups and kept the reception area nice and clean. He was an excellent server and very nice. Alan and Lindsay did an excellent job serving our drinks from the bar. The service was great and so was their food.
