They have always been my go-to--until today. I called to order a boutonniere and a bouquet for my son's prom date and asked if I could email photos for reference. I was told to send the pictures, which I did. While waiting, I confirmed a budget of $85 for the bouquet and $18-$23 for the boutonniere and specified white and pink flowers (no roses). Without ever reviewing the photos, I was told they "couldn't do it" and that I should go to another florist. When I mentioned that I had been a longtime, satisfied customer, I was bluntly told they were not interested in making my order and that I should find someone else. I was also told they didn't want to deal with potential refunds or bad reviews--again, without even seeing what I had requested. After this interaction, I left an honest review reflecting my experience. Shortly after, I received a phone call from the same employee, who was upset, yelling, and threatening to sue me if I didn't take the review down. She also made inappropriate personal assumptions about my life, saying I probably have never worked and have a husband who supports me. (I am a fifth grade school teacher.)I later received an email demanding the same--despite being told earlier that my original email with photos had never been received. This was one of the most unprofessional customer service experiences I have ever had. Based on this interaction, I cannot recommend this business and would caution others before choosing to work with them.

I had only 2 months to give her as we were planning our wedding in 4 months and she made our flowers divine. However, I have no doubt that if I had more time, specific flowers and foliage, ribbons, extra touches, she would have nailed that too : ) When I first met with her, I had only ribbon swatches and a few pinterest pics, she immediately pulled out color-coded flower swatch books to help me create my bouquets . She knew every name of every flower before she even got to it in the books... "Oh, you want blue and chartreuse? How about (insert fancy floral name here)?" She knew how to best use the flowers of the season to match my colors and everything turned out beautifully!!! She even made a special piece for my brother who has special needs. He loves to play with sphere-shaped objects and things from nature (like sticks, twigs, those spikey ball things) and I asked if she could make him a sphere of durable nature/flowers/etc. so he could have something other than a boutonniere (since there's no way he'd wear one). I'm so glad I ended up at Flowers by Flores. On what has to be their busiest day of the year, they had beautiful arrangements ready to go. My son and I picked one that already looked great, but while I was checking out, one of the women (shame on me for not getting her name!) there swooped in, refreshed a few blooms with even fresher ones, and somehow made it look even better.
