My boyfriend ordered me flowers for Valentine's Day and they were beautiful...when they actually arrived. I understand that Valentine's Day is probably the busiest for flower businesses, but this location was about 2 miles away from my place of work, which is where the flowers were supposed to be delivered. My boyfriend messaged me to see if I had gotten my gift & I didn't know what he was talking about because I hadn't gotten anything. He said he sent me flowers and then sent me the invoice for the order. My name and work address was all correct, the note looked like it said it was supposed to be delivered before noonish, but the intake person made a typo and wrote "soonish" instead of "noonish." When I learned of this I immediately tried calling the business, I literally called about 5 times before I got someone to answer. Sophia answers and I explained everything to her, she told me that they had not been delivered yet, but my boyfriend had received an email saying they were delivered. So she told me she was going to call the driver and call me back, I gave her my number. A half an hour goes by and she did not call me back, so I called again. Sophia told me that "they are en route and should be there within the hour" since I was leaving work already by that time (it's now 3pm) I feared that I wouldn't receive them. Sophia then said hold on, she left and then came back and said "they are leaving the store now" I don't know if that means they realized my flowers had gotten delivered somewhere else and they had to redeliver them or what? A man came to my work about 15 minutes later and delivered them. They were very pretty and the chocolates were delicious. I'm glad I finally received them, but the process to get them was ridiculously stressful. read more

We ordered some flowers in a smily face mug that were bright and cheery for our daughter who was sick. We ordered a Saturday delivery because she was only home then. At about 2:45 Saturday i called the store to see when the flowers would be delivered. The lady told me they dont have the smiley mug and by now its almost closing time. I said just refund me my money, she said are you sure we might get some in this week. Do people really not understand the timing of events. I understand that sometimes they dont have what you order online but it is a total lack of professionalism to not even notify the buyer when what the order is not available and to not even inform them it wont be delivvered the day you ordered it to be delivered. Ann was super Amazing as the florist for our winery wedding in Temecula! We had a big wedding so we needed a lot of flowers and Ann did a fantastic job with setting everything up and at a very reasonable price. Ann was great to talk to and very easy going. She showed and sent us many photos to let us know what she will prepare. I'm at a skilled nursing facility. Having had a couple of arrangements sent here from the Fleur D'Elegance I knew exactly what I wanted to do when my roommate moved into assisted living. We played gin at the table where my flowers had been set up and she always admired them. I ordered a lovely arrangement for a close family member who had surgery. The delivery was to be sent on a Saturday. As the order went in, the shop called me to say that they did not have the flowers and had to go to a "flower market". Could they deliver them Sunday? We unhappily agreed. Sunday came and went.
