Spoke with owner and ordered a 250.00 arrangement from a picture on her website. She at no time informed me that the arrangement I was wanting was not possible because they were out of stock. She took the order allowing us to believe that would be sent, only to find out she substituted all the flowers for a scruffy less expensive flowers that we would not have approved. We were sending this arrangement to the mother after having our first grandchild. This arrangement was so pathetic looking it would have been better if nothing was sent. The owner raised her voice and argued she had the right to switch flowers. You can not sell one thing and deliver something of lower quality and value. Very unpleasant, unprofessional owner and florist. Definitely would not recommend!!! Poor dishonest business practices. read more

My coworkers sent me an absolutely gorgeous arrangement 11 days ago following a surgery. Not only was it the most beautiful bouquet I've ever received, but they have also lasted amazingly well. I ordered a bouquet for Valentine's Day for my wife. The bouquet was supposed to include 24 long stem roses and cost about $250. The bouquet arrived with only 18 roses, not the 24 that I had ordered and paid for. I reached out and was told I would receive a $50 refund, which itself seemed low considering I was missing a quarter of the roses, but I figured it was the best I'd get. After not receiving the refund for a week, I reached out again. I was told that that the staff had messed up my refund and that it would be corrected. However, a few days later, I received a refund of only $29 in my bank account. Again, I received only 75% of the roses I ordered at an already ridiculous price of $250. And now I've been refunded only $29. I reached out to the owner again but didn't receive a response and have since been ghosted. read more

Ordered 12 long stem pink roses and only got 11. Beautiful arrangement and quick to be ready. If it were just a regular day I'd just knock one star off but being that it's Valentines Day, 1 rose short of a dozen is a big deal.
