I've called and called and no one ever answers the phone. I filed a complaint with the better business bureau, who also never could get in touch with them, and finally gave up. They have something on their website saying they have an A+ rating with the BBB, which is absolutely false. The florist the hotel recommended was closed so searched yelp and found Amy. Called and she stayed opened til we got there. Went here for a valentines' day bouquet, and of course the place was packed. I asked for some help in picking out something for my wife, and the staff acted like they just couldn't care less. Excuse me, I am so sorry to bother you for flowers on Valentine's day at your flower shop! I'm actually glad they were unhelpful, since $100 to $150 for a dozen roses is pretty steep even in Encinitas. Who knew they had surge pricing for flowers?!?
