I am so excited every time my husband gets me flowers from here. The arrangements are always stunning and they last so much longer than store bought flowers. She gives really fresh flowers and my arrangement looks even better a few days in as things continue to bloom.

This little shop is absolutely amazing, the staff is so friendly and helpful and kind and they make the most beautiful arrangements with as much or as little information you want to give them. They included my 2 year old nephew in the entire process of selecting flowers for his mother and let him help with the arrangement, treating us like family. They also put together a GORGEOUS arrangement for less than a hundred dollars, absolutely great price and people!

I think it was Funky Fresh but I asked the florist to add lilies & carnations as they were the recipients favorite flowers. Very happy with the final product and both the rep on the phone as well as the delivery person were very kind and helpful!

First of all, Ariana (I hope that's spelled correctly. ) was so very pleasant. She listened intently to what I wanted and made excellent suggestions for the best outcome. The final result was a beautiful wedding bouquet, corsages and buttoners with seashells to coordinate with our beach wedding. I was especially emotional renewing vows of a 27 year marriage. With my daughters present for the special day and since I didn't have a ceremony when we first got married, the flowers were a special addition that made the moment PERFECT! They've created really unique and modern centerpieces for a dozen of our company's wine tasting events, so when we were getting married there was no question who we would trust to do our flowers. this place is a scam. I ordered flowers that they told me AFTER I paid them couldn't be delivered on time, and promised to refund my money. Then they disappeared. I've called and called and no one ever answers the phone. I filed a complaint with the better business bureau, who also never could get in touch with them, and finally gave up. They have something on their website saying they have an A+ rating with the BBB, which is absolutely false. DON'T USE THIS FAKE BUSINESS Unless you just want to donate money to whomever owns it. read more

I stopped by today for some flowers for my friends who are in a dance show. I loved the customer service I got and the orange roses were beautiful! Great for summer! The roses were $3.00 each and the gerbera daises were $2.50. It was a good deal considering she wrapped each individually and gave me a small card for each of the stems I purchased. We had The Flower Shop do the flowers for our son's bar mitzvah, with large alter pieces for the temple and centerpieces for the tables at a luncheon. We didn't have a specific idea of what we wanted other than bright colors and some other general guidelines about trying to make them not too feminine and having interesting types of flowers and greenery. I called for a same day order and Amy (the owner) answered directly. Due to COVID-19 Amy was short on staff but still put together a stunning arrangement within my budget and delivered it personally the same day. She was super nice and easy to work with. I asked for something sturdy that can't be knocked over easily in a nursing home and she delivered an awesome arrangement. I highly recommend going to see Amy for your flower needs! I want to give this shop 20 more stars! Amazing in all aspects. Here's my story....came to the area for a conference and needed some fresh flowers for my booth. The florist the hotel recommended was closed so searched yelp and found Amy. Called and she stayed opened til we got there. Showed her a pic of what we liked and she was sooo accommodating and sweet and let us borrow a case and bring back when done. They were absolutely beautiful and perfect. She was so sweet and is a great florist. I wish she was in long beach i would use only her for my floral needs. Ohhh and she let us borrow 2 lil vases with floating flowers to enhancevthe look..she rocks and we got ao many compliments on them. Thank you so much! read more

We have used The Flower Shop for years and never been disappointed. Their arrangements are beautiful and the flowers are always super-fresh. A couple of nights ago, they supplied flowers for our table at a local restaurant where they worked with the manager to have them delivered and set on th table. I know she has a lot of weddings, but she really made me feel so important! The day of the wedding, Amy showed up right on time, and delivered the MOST BEAUTIFUL arrangements I had ever seen. She captured my vision perfectly! I literally teared up when she brought them in! My bridesmaids were thrilled with their bouquets, and mine was breathtaking. Went here for a valentines' day bouquet, and of course the place was packed. I asked for some help in picking out something for my wife, and the staff acted like they just couldn't care less. Excuse me, I am so sorry to bother you for flowers on Valentine's day at your flower shop! I'm actually glad they were unhelpful, since $100 to $150 for a dozen roses is pretty steep even in Encinitas. Who knew they had surge pricing for flowers?!? Went over to the local stand on Lake Drive and got a better bouquet for half the price. read more

I wanted to take the time to write this review because as I remember looking back on my wedding day what I had fond memories of as the day itself becomes so chaotic when you're the one getting married. And to this day I remember how beautiful my flowers were, Julie's kindness and how happy I was looking back at the decor and flowers! From start to finish I have nothing but praises for her and her work as a florist and also her kindness as well. I had a wedding budget that she worked with and she made my wedding floral dreams come true even with the limitations that I had. At times she also was able to help me on candles and other things to her expertise that I had no idea about and gave her best recommendations and for that I'm so so thankful. Always replied to every message, prompt and so helpful in many ways. So easy to work with. I had a vision and some specifics which she just understood, and florals looks so modern beautiful and just natural. Placement was so pretty and she added all these little touches throughout my venue that made it so pretty and elegant as well. Her ikebanas and floral choice for the table and bouquet were so gorgeous and she is such an expert at what she does. I loved my table layout the most and how the florals were laid out. This was not indicated at all during the order process so was very off putting to hear day of for a Mother's Day arrangement. I am currently out of state for work and an unknown number was calling my cellphone, it was the delivery driver from a trusted florist that was sublet to take care of my order. The driver was going to deliver to the wrong address even though she read the proper address back to me over the phone. I spent about 10-15 minutes on the phone walking her through finding the location of our home and verified delivery via camera and doorbell. When you're paying a premium price to have something done properly and this is the outcome, it was extremely disappointing. I will not be using four seasons flowers for any special occasion again, big let down on many levels. 5-10-2026: To the owner of the shop that just replied back to my review. I am not sure how much more clear I can make this to you, the CORRECT address was provided and everything was filled out appropriately on my end, I am not understanding why you are harping on the fact that this was an online order, if your operation doesn't have the capacity to accommodate this then don't offer it as a service. There is absolutely NO difference in placing an order in person, over the phone and or online. The "trusted" florist you decided to pawn this order off on still attempted to deliver to the WRONG address. Nothing about this was as a success and I cannot believe you have the audacity in a public platform to try and deflect the way that you are. I spent 10-15 minutes on the phone with an elderly delivery driver explaining to her very kindly, that wherever she was going was not the correct address, I am struggling to understand what about this are you not understanding? I am absolutely flabbergasted that instead of reaching back out in attempt to correct the issues, especially in a review, this is your stance. Your address is irrelevant when you're listed as one of the top rated florists in San Diego, if you didn't know, Chula Vista is 100% part of the city. Adding photos for context, maybe you want to rethink your "trusted" partnership approach. Pretty ridiculous again your take on things. Will NEVER be using your shop again and will be sure to spread the word to friends and family to steer clear of your establishment! Very funny that the florist is claiming this is the first email they received, my first communication to them was not the one they decided to include in their review, don't believe everything you read. The owner is incredibly defensive and does all that she can to deflect and spin any negative review to benefit her operation. Go and check yelp and google and get a kick out of it if you have time. The only thing good that came of this after airing things out publicly was a refund.

I am beyond grateful for Amy and Macy for helping create the most magical proposal I could have ever dreamed of. Even before I knew any of this was happening, my fiancé had been secretly coordinating with them, and after he showed me their messages, it was so clear how much heart, kindness, and patience they poured into every detail. Amy provided beautiful, crisp white flower petals that were perfectly scattered across the grass, instantly transforming the space into a romantic scene straight out of a movie. She was incredibly patient and always available whenever my fiancé needed advice, guidance, or reassurance. She didn't just provide flowers--she genuinely cared about making the moment perfect and offered thoughtful suggestions every step of the way. Macy was responsible for the candles, and she did an absolutely stunning job. She set up 75 glass candle vases, each filled with sand and real flame, in various heights that created the most enchanting glow as the sun set. The combination of the petals and candles made the whole setting feel like time stood still. Both Amy and Macy arrived early, coordinated seamlessly with each other, and had everything set up before we arrived. They even waited until we were completely done soaking in the moment and taking photos before quietly cleaning everything up, allowing us to enjoy every second without feeling even a hint of rush. Amy and the Flower Shop Team are AMAZing. I'm so grateful that we found them and used them for our wedding. Not only is Amy and her team extremely talented but they are also wonderful people inside and out. They are very detailed oriented and passionate about what they do. You cannot ask for a better team to be by your side on your big day. The centerpieces were beautiful, the corsages we had for all the moms and grandma's were gorgeous. The boutonniere's were awesome and my bouquet was out of this world. Everything was so pretty. We also had Amy provide a beautiful arch which she decorated for the ceremony. Let me add that it rained the day of the wedding, so Amy and her team were outside in the rain making this arch look perfect. They were soaking wet and the arch was the most beautiful thing- they seriously outdid themselves. She and her team also decorated a fireplace inside in the reception area and also our cake. I love flowers and everything the Flower Shop created made our wedding complete. I cannot thank the Flower Shop enough. WOW WOW WOW!! We LOVE Amy!! She made all the flower arrangements for my daughters wedding on 08.31.13 From our first meeting with Amy - both Natalie & I LOVED her!! She listened to what Natalie was looking for theme wise and then gave her suggestions and it was the most beautiful wedding because of all her flower arrangements throughout the entire castle at Mt Woodson. All the special touches she added to the tables etc. were exactly what Natalie had pictured . . . . . . very vintage shabby chic - and all so beautiful!! I found Amy Samuels at the Flower Shop through a referral. She was fantastic for my daughter, Danielle's wedding. She worked diligently to stay within our budget, while providing the most beautiful arrangements. She took the time to see the bride's "vision" and had so many great suggestions. She was so enthusiastic and excited with every step. I called every place to find the flowers I needed and most didn't have them but this place. Katrina and Amy went out of their way to make sure I got exactly the type of flower that my wife likes. Like most guys, I don't know too much about flowers and how to maintain them and after leaving this place, I came out knowing a lot more then I did before. Needed last minute flowers, sent them a confirmation at midnight, they called me right in the morning and they delivered mid day! It was so fast, easy and I didn't have to choose an arrangement! They simply ask the theme and a general idea and toss it all together! I received a note and a photo of the flowers and they were beautiful! It's been a year since my wedding and The Flower Shop is still the easiest vendor I worked with. I got some fresh eucalyptus from them and was able to keep my musical roses that they used (each rose took me about 1.5 hours to make). My husband still has his boutonniere in his office.
