A friend of mine bought me a large arrangement that I went in and picked up on a Friday afternoon. They were kind enough to wait for me to get there! It was the most beautiful, colorful arrangement I have ever seen, and everyone else who saw it said so, too. It lasted a long time, and I couldn't get enough of sitting and looking at it. Thank you for the awe-inspiring beauty!

A little pricey ($260 after taxes) , though admittedly I rarely buy roses so definitely worth the value. My mom's reaction was priceless. The roses were all so fresh and vibrant. You could also tell that they take pride in their arrangements as the greenery and rocks were all placed perfectly. It was worth the drive from La Jolla to get these and I'll definitely be back!

I ordered these flowers for delivery and was very satisfied with their quality and service. On the day of delivery, Brian called me to notify me that he wasn't able to open the gate. He eventually was able to and deliver the flowers. He also sent pictures to confirm the delivery. I greatly appreciate this level of dedication and customer service. Just yesterday I ordered a bouquet of flowers to be delivered today. Hey Flower Man did a wonderful job of quick delivery and effective communication. When the bouquet arrived to the recipient, she sent me a picture. I called HFM because I saw a discrepancy between what had been ordered and what was sent. The flowers were fresh and colorful, but the arrangement was just different than I had imagined it. HFM indulged all my questions and resolved the matter perfectly. I have never been so disappointed in a florist I order flowers for my daughter based upon a photo on their website. There are three choices and I selected the most expensive deluxe option. I called to simply see if a vendor sold leis and he replied "it's not a day of thing" (not knowing my event isn't for another month), I know this and understand that, but he didn't give me a chance to place an order and was very unhelpful. This was not indicated at all during the order process so was very off putting to hear day of for a Mother's Day arrangement. I am currently out of state for work and an unknown number was calling my cellphone, it was the delivery driver from a trusted florist that was sublet to take care of my order. The driver was going to deliver to the wrong address even though she read the proper address back to me over the phone. I spent about 10-15 minutes on the phone walking her through finding the location of our home and verified delivery via camera and doorbell. When you're paying a premium price to have something done properly and this is the outcome, it was extremely disappointing. I will not be using four seasons flowers for any special occasion again, big let down on many levels. 5-10-2026: To the owner of the shop that just replied back to my review. I am not sure how much more clear I can make this to you, the CORRECT address was provided and everything was filled out appropriately on my end, I am not understanding why you are harping on the fact that this was an online order, if your operation doesn't have the capacity to accommodate this then don't offer it as a service. There is absolutely NO difference in placing an order in person, over the phone and or online. The "trusted" florist you decided to pawn this order off on still attempted to deliver to the WRONG address. Nothing about this was as a success and I cannot believe you have the audacity in a public platform to try and deflect the way that you are. I spent 10-15 minutes on the phone with an elderly delivery driver explaining to her very kindly, that wherever she was going was not the correct address, I am struggling to understand what about this are you not understanding? I am absolutely flabbergasted that instead of reaching back out in attempt to correct the issues, especially in a review, this is your stance. Your address is irrelevant when you're listed as one of the top rated florists in San Diego, if you didn't know, Chula Vista is 100% part of the city. Adding photos for context, maybe you want to rethink your "trusted" partnership approach. Pretty ridiculous again your take on things. Will NEVER be using your shop again and will be sure to spread the word to friends and family to steer clear of your establishment! Very funny that the florist is claiming this is the first email they received, my first communication to them was not the one they decided to include in their review, don't believe everything you read. The owner is incredibly defensive and does all that she can to deflect and spin any negative review to benefit her operation. Go and check yelp and google and get a kick out of it if you have time. The only thing good that came of this after airing things out publicly was a refund.

THIS time was extra special for me - I'd ordered 8 leis for my father's memorial service. He lived much of his life in Hawaii, so we had everyone wear Hawaiian shirts to his service. It was beautiful. We bought these leis for close family members to wear there. It was SO special. They were beautiful and fresh and were ready that morning, just in time for me to pick them up and take them to the church. Every employee involved that I spoke to was super helpful and respectful and watching them hone their craft in front of my very eyes was super impressive. I'm so glad you all are here in Carlsbad. Thank you Ohana, for helping make this very hard time so meaningful and special.

They saved my wedding! I walked into the shop just ONE DAY BEFORE MY WEDDING hoping the florist could put together ALL of the flowers for my wedding. Without hesitation or a moment's delay, I was quickly assisted by an expert florist in selecting the flowers for the bridal and bridesmaid bouquets, flower crowns, groomsmen boutineers and even centerpieces. I insisted that I arrange all of the greenery and flowers myself so was then showed the best way to do that. The shop owner even showed me how to make a boutineer and gave me ALL of the supplies! I was in and out of the shop in 30 minutes and picked up my order the next morning. I loved my wedding partly because of the beautiful flowers that were exactly what I wanted. I live out of state and my mom lives in CA, today was her birthday so I ordered online from Hey Flower Man! & let me just say, the online ordering process was flawless! I then called the store just to make sure that everything went through okay & the employee that answered (I didnt catch their name) was so nice and helpful and ensured me that they were already out for delivery and everything went through okay! I get a call from my mom tonight, literally yelling, because she was so surprised and absolutely loved the flowers & the mug/vase they came in! Was recommended to me by the resort we were staying at. Wanted to surprise my wife with a beautiful arrangement for our 30th anniversary. Called Hey Flower Man, they assisted me with selecting a flower arrangement for my price range. And they delivered the flowers to the resort we were staying before we arrived. My wife and I went to Carlsbad for our anniversary, and I wanted to do something special for her, so I looked up some local florists to see if any of them could help me out. I ended up calling Hey Flower Man and talked to the owner for a while. He spent the time to get to know me and figure out what I was looking for. Very friendly guy! He delivered a big beautiful bouquet to the Carlsbad Inn at no extra charge! I would highly recommend him to anyone! I received a bouquet from my niece for Mother's Day. It is so beautiful, the flowers are fresh and it was delivered on Mother's Day. I noticed on their store hours that they aren't open on Sunday but I received my arrangement right on Mother's Day so they may have possibly been doing special deliveries. I will definitely use them in the future now that I know they do quality work. I'm so sick of the online florists that deliver old flowers in a box. Yuck! Best service hands down! I even called after hours and they were still able to take and complete my order in an incredibly timely manner! I was purchasing flowers 100% from reviews and didn't know where to go as I don't live in Carlsbad. "Francisco" from "Hey Flower Man" went above and beyond with his customer service. My friend had lost a parent and was having a difficult time. The flowers were gorgeous and my friend told me that they really uplifted him.
