Flowers are perfect, ordering was easy, delivery was simple. Most importantly, wife was happy! Five Stars!

I love, love, love Ohana Creations! I've bought items here and there throughout the years. I love the products they have - straight from Hawaii. Plus it's always fun to look around. THIS time was extra special for me - I'd ordered 8 leis for my father's memorial service. He lived much of his life in Hawaii, so we had everyone wear Hawaiian shirts to his service. It was beautiful. We bought these leis for close family members to wear there. It was SO special. They were beautiful and fresh and were ready that morning, just in time for me to pick them up and take them to the church. Every employee involved that I spoke to was super helpful and respectful and watching them hone their craft in front of my very eyes was super impressive. I'm so glad you all are here in Carlsbad. Thank you Ohana, for helping make this very hard time so meaningful and special. read more

We received a bouquet of amazingly beautiful flowers as a thank you. The bouquet lasted over a solid week. Will definitely use them in the future. read more

Exceptional service! Our friends weren't home but the driver did everything possible to make sure the delivery was made. We were told the gift selection was well received and delicious. Their prices were reasonable and the tray of treats were very nice, per our friend. Kudos to the driver!! read more

Where do I begin ?!?! THE most amazing florist I have come in contact with. Kevin and his family truly go above and beyond and not only are kind, prompt and so lovely to work with, but they create the most magical, out of the box, gorgeous creations (that also smell divine). They truly are artists and the kindest people! to get a creation from them is such a special gift! Our new go-to favorite place !! read more

They were so friendly, super helpful, quick, great value, and excellent quality! They are amazing!!

This is the cutest little store in Carlsbad! They have real authentic Hawaiian products! They have beautiful flowers that you can order online and pick them up at the store, they might even have delivery! The owner was on the phone when I arrived and I was patient until he finished his phone call and then I bought some guava body lotion for $6.99. I came back last week again and bought more stuff. I really need to go back to Hawaii! But until then, I'm happy this store is just 34 miles away! read more

Awesome customer service. Ordered an arrangement for my uncle's funeral and had a last minute venue change. Not a problem for Ohana Creations. Not only were they able to deliver to the new location but they arrived early and waited for someone to arrive at the venue to accept the delivery. Arrangement was beautiful. 10/10. Thank you Ohana Creations! read more

I'm loving this florist! Been sending bouquets to my other mother down in Carlsbad and she sends me delighted pix cuz their creations are gorgeous and just as they are pictured online. Grateful to the artists who are making these beautiful arrangements. Mahalo! read more

I brought a picture in to have a courage recreated from a Prom picture from 40 years ago. It was very simple with red roses, white carnations and baby's breath. I paid $35 for it ( for red roses, white carnations and baby's breath) which I thought was over priced but I didn't say anything and went ahead with the order. What I got was all carnations. There were no roses, it was all carnations. Don't charge me for roses when you use all carnations and no roses. Very disappointed. read more

I highly recommend this florist! I called late Friday evening, looking for a lei for the next day. They had leis in stock and he saved me one for pick up the next morning. The shop opened at 10 AM but the graduation ceremony also started at 10 AM. I got there a few minutes early and the nice gentleman open the shop early and invited me in to pick up my lei. I was able to get to the graduation a few minutes past 10 and I did miss any of the ceremonies. Thank you for being so helpful! read more

Super cute Hawaiian store and created a beautiful lei for my daughter's graduation. You'll feel like you're in a little gift shop on the islands and sweet owners provide great service. read more

No aloha but plenty of cultural misappropriation. Came to buy flowers for our family who hosted a baby shower for my wife. She is 35 weeks pregnant and needed to use the restroom when we arrived, she was also in tears and having a tough afternoon. The guy who worked there said no public restroom. So we had to leave and went to a bar which had a sign that said no public restroom, they looked at her and immediately showed her to the restroom. We returned to Ohana and the same guy tried to tell us Aloha. Well they don't know the meaning of aloha or Ohana. I am Hawaiian and these guys don't deserve to use our language to make profits. Shame on them. read more

Always one of a kind. High end arrangements with great pricing. The owners are the sweetest people. I always use this florist in Carlsbad when I send birthday flowers to people in the area. Generally I use Allan's Flowers throughout California, but in Carlsbad this place is so good I always go here. The orchid arrangements are spectacular and I always get lots of compliments from my friends when I send their arrangements. They are right in the middle of Carlsbad Village, but also very convenient to order online. read more

This place is a hero of the Carlsbad community for YEARS. We have ordered leis for our kids and friends' kids for years, and I'm embarrassed that I haven't yet written a review. We have also ordered arrangements for pickup and delivery. EVERYTHING is high quality, lasts for so long, and most importantly, the whole family that works here are so kind and helpful. Our youngest graduated this week and we ordered a lei. They had a vendor delivery problem and our lei wasn't ready in time, but they worked their BUTTS off to make sure it was finished for CHS grad line up and followed us out the door trying to give us a partial refund despite us trying to refuse it. These are solid business owners who care so much about their customers and community. We are forever loyal! Whether you are in town temporarily or you are local, this is the place for beautiful flowers. And if you are ordering for delivery, you NEVER have your worry that they will be low quality when they arrive to the recipient. They only deliver the best. They never cut corners or deliver low quality arrangements like some remote florists. read more

I can't believe no one's reviewed these guys as of yet. My mom found Ohana right around the time of my HS graduation in 2002. I got a ton of compliments on my Lei. see here my "Bozo" Lei here http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/dMBZ49-VBTNruMSMe_Z7bw?select=x_DtpWXZ-i79Y2oHDMXGeg If you're looking for something a little more unique (for your soon-to-be grad) then this is the BEST place to go in North County. I still remember getting tons of compliments on my Lei from TEACHERS. I think that's the ultimate compliment too. When people that see these things year after year give you compliments. There's a ton of Leis here to choose from and often the materials are shipped from Hawaii or overseas. So you won't have to worry about your kid having one of those hibiscus things that all of their friends are going to have around their necks. But if that's your thing Ohana can still help you out. Ever since 2002 all my cousins have a gotten a Lei for their HS grads as well. read more

Just ordered my fourth graduation lei from Ohana. Bought all 4 of my kids leis from them over the years and I'm so glad they are still in business! The nicest people and the most beautiful lei's. It's worth going in for just a nice taste of Hawaii anyway, but the owners are really wonderful on top of that. Can't say enough good things about this store! read more

Ohana Creations has been my "go-to" for many years for leis. This was the first time I was gong to travel a lei so I ordered an orchid lei. Not only was it beautiful but it looked elegant for 5 days! I kept it in the original container and then put it into a soft travel cooler with ice packs. 22 hours later it went into the refrigerator and then was gifted the next day. Mahalo for the energy you put into each creation. read more

Needed ti leaves for a rope lei I was making for my friend's fiancée to wear on their wedding day, so I stopped here sure they'd have some for me to purchase as I remember my mom used to order Leia and lei po'os for mine and my sisters' graduation ceremonies. Got here right as they opened, so their computer wasn't up and running to speed for me to check out with my card, but no bother as it gave me a chance to look around their small, but full-of-fun-finds store. Made little conversation with the woman and gentleman behind the counter about my daughter's halau as well as my reason for buying the ti leaves. Very friendly people! That's the island way :) Would love to return and pick up some nicknacks and other goodies! They definitely have a great spot in downtown Carlsbad! read more

I have used Ohana Creations through the years and always found their quality to be the highest with great customer service. Recently, they made a casket spray for my mother.
