I absolutely loved this flower shop. Excellent service from both owners who were present in the store and ready and willing to listen to my specific request on the flowers I wanted. They setup delivery and sent me a picture of the beautiful arrangement before delivery. I think they went above and beyond, because they were unable to gain access to the property initially and text me to tell me so. Then, they went back later in the afternoon to reattempt delivery. They kept in touch by text message every step of the way!! Such amazing talent in arranging my flowers and attention to detail in making sure I was happy with my experience. I have ordered from them twice now. The first time was flawless. This last time there were several issues, which was no fault to them, but they definitely helped me fix. So I ordered my anniversary flowers like 40 days in advance. I never got a notice but didn't think anything about. Day of my anniversary I look up my order and nothing, so I try to reorder through yelp. Kept getting an error it would not fully process my payment. So I go to their website, order goes through, great. Around 130pm I haven't seen or heard anything so I decide to call. I speak to the lady and they had just received my order, and on top of that what I ordered they weren't getting in until the next day. But it was my anniversary and I needed something. So the lady mentioned that they had similar flowers that she could put in an arrangement and get it out to me. With in 30 minutes my flowers had arrived. So I received a bouquet of flowers from this place and I was disappointed. Before I get into the bad part. The lady at the shop was very kind and called twice to make sure I had gotten them which was very thoughtful. They were beautiful at first sight, but there were many other things the purchaser and I found unacceptable. I will mention again the quality of the flowers were nice and smell wonderful, but they did not fulfill the order correctly. After looking closely at the arrangement I noticed it was over crowded with what I would consider "shrubbery." The actual bouquet consisted of lilies which were not single stemmed, but rather a stem with 4 or 5 branching off which makes it difficult to see the other flowers because they are odd shaped with all the flowers coming of the one stem. The daisies were like this as well. The roses were beautiful as well as the carnations, but again the carnations had more than one flower on the stem and were smashing up against the other flowers. I ended up pulling the bouquet apart and separated them into two different vases. Apart from all that, my name was spelled incorrectly on the card and the baby's breath was forgotten from the arrangement when it was specifically requested. read more
