Can't recommend them enough! We hired them for our wedding and they did a phenomenal job. The flowers made our wedding so much more classier than what I imagined. We were blown away by their arrangements for the centerpieces and bouquet. They were super communicative and helpful throughout the process. They were also able to accommodate a bunch of requests we had pretty easily, and were able to fulfill last minute requests as well. We brought a bunch of lemons and they were able to decorate the tables with them. They also surprised us by going beyond and helping decorate other areas as well, which we had not even discussed before the wedding. They were very efficient in repurposing the flowers, including using the centerpiece flowers for the sweetheart table and other areas. read more

I'm always trying to find great small businesses--and Flower Frens is definitely one of them. From the start, everything was super easy. They were quick to respond, easy to talk to, and really helpful throughout the whole process. I asked for sunflowers, and they gave me multiple options to choose from, which made the decision-making process simple and stress-free. What really stood out to me was their attention to detail. You can tell they genuinely care about what they're putting together. The flowers looked amazing and lasted a long time, which isn't always the case with other places. On top of that, the pricing was very reasonable--especially for the level of quality you're getting. It felt like great value all around. Jane and Arielle are some of the nicest people you'll meet. They're welcoming from the moment you connect with them, very easy to talk to, and incredibly understanding of what you're looking for. That kind of service really makes a difference and makes you feel good about supporting a small business like theirs. If you're in North County and need flowers, I'd definitely recommend checking them out. They've earned a repeat customer in me! Thanks again guys! read more

I highly recommend Flower Frens Gave them a call and Jane was easy to work with - she was clear with her communication and helped me stay within my budget while still creating a lovely designer choice bouquet. I was pleasantly surprised by the speedy 24 hr turnaround for local delivery. My friend absolutely loved the arrangement. Thanks for making this such an easy process during a sensitive time :-) read more

As a retired florist myself, I was looking for the arrangement of flowers that will not disappoint:) It took me a few hours to scan through tons of images and at last, I found the Flowers Song &Gifts-Vista shop on line through Yelp. The service is exceptional, I left them a message and received the cal back within an hour. I was helping my son to order flowers for his wife's birthday while he was travelling on the business trip. There were important details to include in the description of the future bouquet for my daughter in law. It was a pleasure to discuss and finalize the order:) Flowers were delivered at the requested time and I received a phone call and email notification at the time of delivery. My daughter in law loved them and that is the most important thing! we will be back, ordering for future occasions! Great job! Thank you very, very much! You rock! Annette S. read more

I recently discovered Flowers Songs & Gifts as I needed last minute flowers for our family's Easter Brunch. I had called around to a few local shops and all were unable to accommodate my last minute order. Fortunately for me I called Flowers Songs and Gifts and they were able to accommodate my order. I spoke with Arielle over the phone and she made the ordering process very simple. I went into the shop the next day to pickup my order and the shop was tastefully remodeled with a very clean appeal. Jane was beyond happy to give me my order which looked incredible and the value for which I paid is far more memorable. I'm very thankful that Arielle and Jane could help me for Easter. I'll be sure to use Flower's Songs & Gifts for all future flower and gifting needs. read more

Needed a quick present for my husband and I anniversary! The spectrum of flowers were beautiful. The staff was very professional and helpful. And it didn't break my bank account. Will be back! read more

I absolutely loved this flower shop. Excellent service from both owners who were present in the store and ready and willing to listen to my specific request on the flowers I wanted. They setup delivery and sent me a picture of the beautiful arrangement before delivery. I think they went above and beyond, because they were unable to gain access to the property initially and text me to tell me so. Then, they went back later in the afternoon to reattempt delivery. They kept in touch by text message every step of the way!! Such amazing talent in arranging my flowers and attention to detail in making sure I was happy with my experience. I would so HIGHLY recommend this business (small local business and female owned). I would most definitely use them again for ANY flowers I want to purchase and or have delivered. Thank you to you both!! I also wanted to add; the value I got for the money I spent left any other online flower delivery in the dust. read more

Amazing service and beautiful flowers. I ordered on Sunday evening (online) and they were delivered the next morning! They were even kind enough to add an additional rose since it was our 13th anniversary. I will be going back for future occasions. Thank you! read more

Called to lie and say my card was suspected for fraud. I called the bank, not true. I asked they use another card if she really couldn't run the first one. They won't. And now my flowers won't be delivered. Go with 1800 flowers. Cost more but they won't call to lie and not deliver. This is what I get when I support local. Crap business and service. read more

ordered a spray for a recent funeral - it came out beautifully and I would order again

I have ordered from them twice now. The first time was flawless. This last time there were several issues, which was no fault to them, but they definitely helped me fix. So I ordered my anniversary flowers like 40 days in advance. I never got a notice but didn't think anything about. Day of my anniversary I look up my order and nothing, so I try to reorder through yelp. Kept getting an error it would not fully process my payment. So I go to their website, order goes through, great. Around 130pm I haven't seen or heard anything so I decide to call. I speak to the lady and they had just received my order, and on top of that what I ordered they weren't getting in until the next day. But it was my anniversary and I needed something. So the lady mentioned that they had similar flowers that she could put in an arrangement and get it out to me. With in 30 minutes my flowers had arrived. I want to thank you for how you helped me and let you know that I appreciate it. I will definitely be a forever customer. read more

So I received a bouquet of flowers from this place and I was disappointed. Before I get into the bad part. The lady at the shop was very kind and called twice to make sure I had gotten them which was very thoughtful. They were beautiful at first sight, but there were many other things the purchaser and I found unacceptable. I will mention again the quality of the flowers were nice and smell wonderful, but they did not fulfill the order correctly. After looking closely at the arrangement I noticed it was over crowded with what I would consider "shrubbery." The actual bouquet consisted of lilies which were not single stemmed, but rather a stem with 4 or 5 branching off which makes it difficult to see the other flowers because they are odd shaped with all the flowers coming of the one stem. The daisies were like this as well. The roses were beautiful as well as the carnations, but again the carnations had more than one flower on the stem and were smashing up against the other flowers. I ended up pulling the bouquet apart and separated them into two different vases. Apart from all that, my name was spelled incorrectly on the card and the baby's breath was forgotten from the arrangement when it was specifically requested. read more
