I ordered a bouquet to be delivered on Valentine's Day (probably the busiest day of the year for florists) and an issue developed with the delivery. April, at April May Flowers more than went the extra mile to make sure the flowers were delivered -- including calling me 3 times and the recipient and her building office at least a couple times. And April was SO kind and pleasant and accommodating in the midst of what had to be a busy day for her. In the evening I received a text from my friend with a photo of the bouquet and letting me know she really enjoyed them. The bouquet I saw in the photo was even more lush and beautiful than the one on the website. I will undoubtedly use the people again and again as I need flowers. read more

I definitely struck gold here!!! I wanted to send a beautiful bouquet to my Auntie who lives in Carlsbad. She had been feeling very sick and it was her Birthday. I was panicking because I live in SF and don't know any florists in that area. I've had to order blind in the past and it was not good. This time I got blessed that day when I reached out to April. Ordered flowers for my wife while out of town and had a positive interaction with April when calling to ask a question about my order. I scheduled a delivery for a specific date and got an email that it was delivered (this was prior to the scheduled date) so I waited to make sure it was delivered on the date request before reaching out about it and it ended up being delivered on the scheduled date; so i'm not sure what happened with that one. Overall, I would use this business again. Plus, it is a small business and i would rather use that. read more
