I ordered a bouquet to be delivered on Valentine's Day (probably the busiest day of the year for florists) and an issue developed with the delivery. April, at April May Flowers more than went the extra mile to make sure the flowers were delivered -- including calling me 3 times and the recipient and her building office at least a couple times. And April was SO kind and pleasant and accommodating in the midst of what had to be a busy day for her. In the evening I received a text from my friend with a photo of the bouquet and letting me know she really enjoyed them. The bouquet I saw in the photo was even more lush and beautiful than the one on the website. I will undoubtedly use the people again and again as I need flowers. read more

Oh my goodness!! I've going through a very hard personal situation. Today is my birthday so I've decided yesterday to give myself flowers. I went into April's web site and a couple of minutes later I asked April if it was possible to ship them around 1:pm not only she did so, but she went above and beyond and the flowers are soooo beautiful. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone I know. We need to support our local businesses. Words cannot explain how happy and thankful I am. I will never forget this sweet gesture. read more

Another 10/10 experience. I have been ordering flowers from this florist for a while now and they never disappoint. My wife is a florist and she has not let me order from anywhere else since the first time she received flowers from here. This time, in particular, I ordered very last minute and April made the effort to go to the flower market early to get the flowers delivered on a Monday morning. So not only does she do incredible work but she also has the best customer service. Thank you to April and the delivery driver who made our anniversary special. We appreciate you. read more

Amazing!!! I went online and ordered flowers to be delivered same day for a friend getting married. It was so easy and they had such a great selection online. The delivery fee was very reasonable and it was such an easy process. The owner emailed me when the flowers were enroute and delivered. I saw a picture and they were GORGEOUS!!! Such a wonderful florist and will definitely be using again!! read more

My husband has ordered flowers from here twice now and both times have been so gorgeous. We've tried several different florists in the area and this one is the best. I've been a florist for over 20 years so it's hard to impress me with flowers. This place impresses me. April also went out of her way to make a delivery on a Sunday when they're usually closed. This made my birthday extra special so I just want to say THANK YOU. You're killing it, girl. Keep doing what you're doing. read more

April May Flowers - Gorgeous floral design! - Florists Near Me

I definitely struck gold here!!! I wanted to send a beautiful bouquet to my Auntie who lives in Carlsbad. She had been feeling very sick and it was her Birthday. I was panicking because I live in SF and don't know any florists in that area. I've had to order blind in the past and it was not good. This time I got blessed that day when I reached out to April. I had no idea how good this was going to be. She designed and created THE most EXQUISITE arrangement for my Aunt and my heart was soooo happy. They were truly stunning as can be seen in the photo I posted. She is gifted, kind, creative, supportive, on time and definitely knows how to knock someone off their feet. I would never hesitate to use her again, I wish she was here in SF where I live. Anyone needed a gorgeous arrangement should run to her. Thank you again April!!!! read more

April is a talented florist who was extremely easy to work with! I reached out to April for flowers my sister's memorial which was the day before Mother's Day. I told April we wanted all purple flowers with a few white lilies. April was able to work with our limited budget and make incredibly beautiful arrangements during a time when flowers cost the most. April is empathetic, friendly, talented & creative. I'd definitely recommend using April May Flowers for your next special occasion to next time you're looking to send someone a bouquet! read more

After finding lots of very positive reviews, I placed my first offer with AprilMay Flowers. What a positive experience, with creative designs, beautiful flowers, and at a reasonable cost. Plus, they actually sent me a photo of the actual arrangement that my recipient would receive. I will absolutely order from them again, not just from my own impressions of excellence, but also based on the very discerning eye of the recipient, who says she's VERY impressed. read more

April made an amazing custom birthday arrangement for a special friend - it was gorgeous. She listened to what I wanted and executed my vision perfectly! It contained Dahlias, Ranunculas, Cabbage Roses, Snapsragons, Delphiniums and several others - all in bright colors. She also did a great job on scheduling arrangement delivery with the recipient the day before they went out. read more

Ordered flowers for my wife while out of town and had a positive interaction with April when calling to ask a question about my order. I scheduled a delivery for a specific date and got an email that it was delivered (this was prior to the scheduled date) so I waited to make sure it was delivered on the date request before reaching out about it and it ended up being delivered on the scheduled date; so i'm not sure what happened with that one. Overall, I would use this business again. Plus, it is a small business and i would rather use that. read more

Great service! A beautiful arrangement ! There was a great selection on the website and it was delivered the same day!

Wow did I hit the jack pot! After searching and searching Yelp reviews I took a chance on April May Flowers since I am from Northern California and knew nothing about florists in the Oceanside area. April, the owner, is unbelievable. She created the most gorgeous flowers unlike so many of the standard ones that I do not like at all. She is such a pleasure to deal with and responds so quickly. She saved the day when we got our sister's birthday wrong and delivered them within 45 minutes of me telling her that. She went above and beyond. Stellar service. I will always come back to her flower shop! Thank you April! read more

The owner of this shop deserves the 5 star rating, because customer satisfaction is number one for her. If more shops cared about their customers like April, the world would be a better place. I had a small issue with my order the other day and April took control of the situation and fixed it immediately. I felt very disappointed before talking to April, but once she got on the phone, she fixed EVERYTHING!! Thank you April!! I will definitely come back again! read more
