This place is very well ran by people who really know what they're talking about! The service here is incredible and I wouldn't look anywhere else to buy or service my Mercedes Sprinter van!!! read more

I love coming here to service our sprinter because Debi always makes us feel welcome and really gets us taken care of. Really great service

From the first time I arrived with my Sprinter/motorhome, Juan and Debbie were at my side greeting us like we were longtime customers and friends. The work done was excellent. They take time to pay attention to details that other agencies did not do. We will always go to Fletcher Jones to maintain and service our sprinter because of Debbie Auman and Juan Gonzales. We are hooked on their excellence and superb customer service. read more

Great dealership for the Sprinter vans! Very clean organised and friendly staff everywhere!

The service manager Debbie is very nice and helped me and my girlfriend out with our sprinter!

This is the best service center I have ever been to. I highly recommend this place. They even washed my van for me:) read more

Would not recommend. Get everything in writing. Don't believe a word that Debbie the service manager says unless it's in writing.

Great and friendly customer service. The staff really takes care of your requests. I definitely recommend them to anyone that is looking for Mercedes-Benz van service. read more

Great service. I dealt with Juan and he was good about calling me with updates. When they found more issues than I expected, he was helpful telling me which were a priority and which could probably wait if needed. They were good about honoring a service coupon I had and when they found an additional part that needed replacing they covered the extra part and labor without charging me since they missed it initially and wanted to honor the price quote they gave me. read more

Juan is hand down the best Service Advisor I have ever worked with. Always goes way above and beyond to make sure everything is covered. Seriously can't suggest a better guy to coordinate your service. He will do everything it takes to get you back up and running even if you're always terribly short notice like me. I've used every sprinter service in Southern California and at this point I can say it's worth it to pay the extra on the oil change just so you don't have to deal with everyone else's BS. I had places down south install a fuel filter backwards that these guys had to then go and find and diagnose. The service isn't cheap but it's comes with some valuable peace of mind. read more

I took my 2020 sprinter van in for a recall today, and was greeted by Debbie, who was very friendly, happy and smiling, she got me taken care right away, she was very professional. Great service read more

Great Mercedes Van repair experience on my Metris! Expectations exceeded greatly. I was able to call for an appt. on Saturday afternoon and was good to go, while I waited, on Monday AM. Thank you Debbie and Minh! read more

I have been taking my Sprinter Class- C motorhome to the FJ Van Center since they opened a couple years back. As always, fantastic service and communication from the FJ Van center. Kudos to Minh, Juan and of course Deborah who always makes sure I'm taken care of. A special shout out to Patrick my technician. His under body video and verbal report is excellent! Good video work. and voice narration of his findings which was properly paced ( not rushed) and well understood by the viewer. People are visual learners, a mindful video puts context to his findings and service and helps the customer to understand the repairs and and items which might need attention.. Bottom line... excellent service! Hope this helps y'all.... read more

Debbie, Juan and the crew from the service department from FJ Van Center are outstanding. They are great communicators, offer a complementary Uber and always seem happy to help. I'm happy I found those guys! read more

Fletcher Jones Van Center - Guardian Tactical Van - Car Dealers Near Me - Costa Mesa, California

Unacceptable service for a Mercedes shop. I have over 5 times to fix it . Management is lying to your face . They are a caos

A dedicated van center sounded like a good thing. Previously I had used the dealership in Long Beach who were terrible, and the Laguna Niguel service center, which was solid. I was able to book an appointment quickly and easily. I received regular updates, they took care of a few recalls, the A service, and a warranty issues. Very glad this option is here for Sprinter vans. read more

I went there first time. From the call center Camell recommended me to go see Juan Gonzalez. So it's kind of two hour drive but it's worth every minute we drove. When we reached there Juan greeted us and Madam Debbie Auman came. Bothe took care of us. Promise us two hour and gave us Uber to go to mall Exactly two hours I got phone call and Van is ready to go. They did a great job. Another thing I like that I got video text from service dept. explaining me what they did. They're BEST. Thanks for taking care of us. Hopefully 100% see you guys in future. read more

Great quality work, great customer service ! Every time I go there to service my van, they always receive me and treat me well

Deb always takes care of business and makes sure you get your sprinter back asap. Some dealers take weeks and just don't care that you need your van back. She's awesome read more

We have a Sprinter to transport our 2 Great Danes and a shepherd. We drive 1300 miles one way to get to our home and rely on the service team do ensure we have a reliable ride. They do a great job! 5 stars+ We came to Fletcher Jones Van Center after a horrible experience at our local MB dealer. This place was very welcoming from the start. They were able to get us in the same day, and we felt like they actually listened to our concerns. We found what appeared to be a coolant leak on our 2 week old sprinter van - our local MB dealer told us there was nothing wrong despite finding fluid on the ground the next day. FJ van center gave the van a full look over and found a problem. It was fixed under warranty and they even gave it a good wash! I can't recommend these folks enough! read more

My friend from FJ Mercedes Nikolai referred me here to check out my future Sprinter van purchase. The selection they have is wonderful and the guest relations are great. Debbie from Service was so helpful to me in guiding me over to the sales department where I was able to see the inventory in stock. Very excited for my new purchase!!!!!! Thanks FJ!!!! read more

Love this dealer :) Drive all the way from Redondo Beach to service my van :) the turn around is quick in comparison to other dealers ...next day or same day ...they always have parts and don't have to wait weeks to get my van fixed read more

The service advisor, Juan, and the video review of our service by the service tech were of the highest caliber! Our Revel Sprinter van runs great after the services they performed. We will not go anywhere else for service in the future. Highly recommend them.,, read more

It's horrible experience. My van can't renew due to recall. They fix the problem and but they don't offer the right certificate which required by DMV. The manager is so horrible. My car can't renew. read more

My sprinter van needed a smog check. The Fletcher Jones Van Center website clearly states their services include Smog Check. They needed to keep the van overnight for an Emission recall issue, but said I would have to go elsewhere for a Smog Check. Service advisor said MB had been sued for emission problems, and I should follow-up with the class action settlement. After I got my van back, I tried THREE TIMES at an independent smog check center but it would NOT PASS. I called Fletcher Jones Van Center and they said their is "nothing they could do, as it was an OMB issue that many others are reporting". I should try driving the van in hills and see if that helps. In other words, get lost! read more

Juan Gonzalez is the best service advisor ever! He's courteous and efficient! And he's totally smoking HOT!!!

The best personalized service I have ever experienced. The staff was friendly, competent, and truly care about the impact their service and ricing has on you. This was the first time the manager of a service department actually spent time chatting with me. It was the first time my van was not only washed, bu nice touches like clearing all windows and mirrors, the console, the hubcaps, and even the tires. I highly recommend them for Mercedes Van Service. The Manager said they not only treat the customer well, but their staff, too, and it shows in their excellent customer service! read more

The worst place ever, I call them over 30 times to order a part but no one answer the phone basically they don't care. Customer Experience is not important at all for you guys I hope as fast at you did reply to the review that should be the way how you answer your customers calls. read more

Unfortunately I can't leave a full and accurate review because Yelp will not allow me to leave six stars. I recently had my vehicle serviced there and they were awesome to deal with, thorough with my vehicle and delivered on time as promised. If you have a sprinter, this place should be your only option. Thanks again Juan and also to your colleague who helped me at pickup( sorry, I didn't catch her name) you guys rule. read more

I can't say enough about Deborah and how well she treated me on my recent visit! My family and I came down to Newport Beach for a fun vacation from the Bay Area! On the way down on highway 5 and the van developed a vibration! I called Flecher Jones and spoke with Deborah and she was able to get me in right away! She had all the repairs completed in a timely manner and kept me informed at every step of the way! Best service I have ever received at a Mercedes dealership! If you ever need work, I highly recommend Flecher Jones Mercedes, especially Deborah! She helped with the pricing and even gave me a gift, and washed the van! Highly recommend!! I'll come down from the Bay Area to purchase my next benz! read more
