This was after the repairs were "done" they instead of fixing my car they created more damage. I…read morementioned it to the manager and he just shrugged his shoulder. I told my insurance (allstate) that i was concerned that they would do more damage. They said the district manager will look after your car and everything will be great. The last photo is "everything great" and "watched over". So if you go here you WILL get more damage done than repairs. This was on hoyt st I got hit two times in the a day. So I had 2 repairs at the same time. Before i went my driver window worked. After it didn't work. (They tried to say preexisting) I had pictures of it working AT the accident, they also made my key not work in the door. And i had rear damage. They didn't do the back bumper correctly. It wiggled and was soft. When I inspected it more they forgot a shock exorbitant in the bumper. I went back and the general manager said my 2014 car was so new nissan says it's not needed anymore. So my car is so old the window wont work but so new they are changing things? I went to nissan of salem to check. There have been no changes to the bumper and it's a safety thing. So I was lied to about the safety of my car. This was lewis st. This all happened in a 2 month period.

Then Donnie(Gm) said they had to redo the work they had done. More time down. Finally get it back, it's not done. Had to take it back AGAIN for the clearness bra, THEY took it to S Salem to an outside source, THEY called and said there was no Appointment made. So we drove almost a hour away to pickup my truck, only to find mud all over the of the truck. Caliber Collision didn't even call me to tell me there was no appointment. So we AGAIN had to drive a hour away to get the work done and of course drive back to pick it up. After countless trips back and forth my vehicle STILL is not up to par but there's not a chance in hell I would take back to them. I'll pay out of pocket somewhere else and hopefully recoup in court.

In addition, part of the fender became lose and floppy (for lack of a better description). A Subaru dealer out of state wanted $2500 plus to repair. A local shop wanted $1500 to repair, if we didn't repaint all the scratches under the bumper area (caused by my elderly parents' diminishing driving skills). I took it to Salem Autobody on the reference of a mechanic I trusted. I told them them we could live with the scratches underneath, and what we most wanted was a fender that was attached well They asked me if I would leave it with authorization for them to spend up to $100 to get it attached right. I said sure. When i came back, they had it attached like new. The bill was under $10. Really: UNDER $10. When's the last time you heard of something like that? We've gone to them several times since. We've had paint work done and they are REALLY GOOD. They are honest and won't oversell you. We've worked with Matt. He's great. And the owner is the guy who gave us the bargain price to the fix to my parents' car. So our experience with everyone we've dealt with is five stars all around.
