I made an appointment and showed up early. It was comforting to see that other classic car owners were trusting their cars here for exhaust work. They installed my parts in a couple of hours. I was pleased at the sound of my new hybrid system. About a week later. I noticed a small leak when cold. I scheduled a return visit and they took care of it no charge. They stand behind their work. Highly recommended. P.S. The price was reasonable as well.

There was never a long wait which was very reassuring. I was told I could stop by anytime so that's what I did this morning (Saturday). I pulled in and thought I wasn't at the right spot but I was. It's easy to find but does not look like your typical automotive shop. I thought for sure I would be there for hours, I parked and walked up and then saw that it was definitely an auto motive shop with the car lifts. I was instantly greeted. Abdel came and looked at my car with me and y'all,...there was no problem. It's so crazy to me how upfront and honest he was. The cap just wasn't on the coolant reservoir tight enough causing it to evaporate. To say I felt relief when he tested the pressure of the coolant reservoir and the hold of the top with pressure applied would be an understatement. I hate car repairs they take forever and cost so much. I was in and out QUICK and was taken care of far better than any dealership / mechanic I've been to. I will for sure be back for all our car repairs (hopefully we have none. Haha). Abdel is honest, loyal, and as a petite blonde and the only female in eye sight for some time I felt safe around the three men working the whole time. I think the thing I appreciated the most is that Abdel never spoke down to me but walked me through all the tests and examination of the car itself. He knows what he's doing and educates those around as he's working and it's very nice the way he does it. Go see Abdel for all your car repairs but also I hope he doesn't get too much business so he still has time for my cars if needed. Lol.

Instead of just checking the battery first thing, I guess they spent a lot of time "diagnosing" the problem and then advised that it needed a new battery, so they did that; most expensive battery replacement I've ever had. Then they advised me that there was a problem with air suspension system and should they look at that. Even though I had already been hit hard by battery replacement, I thought as long as it was in shop, go ahead. THEY DID NOT ADVISE ME THAT THEY HAVE LIMITED EQUIPMENT FOR AN ACTUAL FIX ON A RANGE ROVER AIR SUSPENSION, but went ahead and did the diagnostics on that anyway. The end result was that they determined they COULD'NT ACTUALLY FIX THE SUSPENSION PROBLEM DUE TO NOT HAVING THE RIGHT EQUIPMENT"!!!, but charged me yet more for that, so basically, I spent a whopping $557.33 for what turned out to be a simple battery replacement!!! I ended up taking it to P&M Automotive, where I was treated right and they fixed the issue for a fair price. I AM AN ELDERLY WOMAN (already a bad combination to take a car in for repair) AND I WOULD CAUTION ANYONE THINKING THAT HAROLD'S QUALITY AUTO WILL BE FAIR, ETHICAL, AND HONEST WITH YOU, THINK AGAIN, BECAUSE THAT DEFINITELY WAS NOT MY EXPERIENCE THERE.

They never offered me a choice. I had to escalate to their boss at another location, only to discover the difference for a real new door was just $218. On a $70,000 brand-new vehicle--only 300 miles on it!--I would have gladly paid upfront. Instead, I lost weeks, endured poor communication, and had to fight for clarity. The whole process was unprofessional and left me frustrated.
