All 20 of the arbors we ordered are growing and doing well so far, and they've grown between 6-12 inches only 3 months in. After a job well done, we called them back to install a blue stone chip firepit in our back yard. Sue is pretty helpful, showing us photos of three or four different options. The estimate was a little bit all over the place - we wound up having to negotiate a bit and took some items out to get a good value that we were overall very satisfied with. We'd recommend Bertog and would work with Sue again in the future. They can be a little slow to schedule, but they do try their best to be accommodating and they do very good work. We're overall very happy to have found them.

However, he had the respect to text me to tell me he was tied up in traffic and was going to be late. Good for him. Jose arrived and began blowing down my system. He ended up running through my 12 zones twice because he realized ha may have had an issue with his compressor. So, to be safe, he blew down twice. So, would I recommend Northwest Irrigation? Yes! In fact, I will be using them again next spring to help adjust some heads and raise a couple more.

Had a cut in my wire and had them splice in 30ft of sprinkler wire. I was told it's expensive wire as they charged $6.5 a ft. Internet price is $1.05 per ft. They ended up charging $420 with less than a hour of labor to replace 30ft of wire (splicing it in). Last time dealing with a company that gets their ft. to your door with a low start up cost but gouges on any additional work. I also asked for a price to install a WiFi controller (I had purchased from Amazon) since they were already here. The quote was $295 to hang it on the wall wired up and extra to program. I said no thanks and installed it (never installed one before) in ten minutes and then fully programmed it on my phone in under 10 minutes. It's not about the $$$$ it's about the lack of ethics /transparency.

This is a family business and they specialize in servicing sprinkler systems only (ie no new installs). I needed my sprinkler systems serviced due to a specific problem I was having. They seemed hell bent on replacing the valves in my sprinkler system, with each one being costly. They didn't actually diagnose the problem, but simply told me that replacing valves would fix. Three replaced valves and problem wasn't fixed. They were also eager upsell and charge me ~$200 for a 15 min labor and $50 part to optimize the flow of water through one region. Overall I felt the service was not good quality, rested on upselling services at ridiculous prices, and questionably transparency.
