I have high spots due previously cut down trees by the city. The back yard is full of leaves or grass clippings depending on the time of year as they blow towards the fence in the backyard. The crews have been asked many times to stay on the neighbors side and to stop blowing stuff under the fence. They just left from doing their spring clean up and the yard has scalp marks and leaves.
