I called JH to see if he could repair the damage and he was able to come out the next day. He was super friendly, professional, and it was clear he had a lot of experience in this line of work. And he charged a very reasonable rate for the work done. Highly recommend!

I asked for irrigation around my house for my new landscaping and a plan to finish the entire yard next season. The estimate was a fair price and in line with the other estimates that I received. He did a great job and followed up in person a couple of days later, to make sure everything was working properly and to see if I had any questions. Juan is very knowledgeable and friendly and I highly recommend his business and I will definitely have him install the rest of the irrigation next season.

Had a cut in my wire and had them splice in 30ft of sprinkler wire. I was told it's expensive wire as they charged $6.5 a ft. Internet price is $1.05 per ft. They ended up charging $420 with less than a hour of labor to replace 30ft of wire (splicing it in). Last time dealing with a company that gets their ft. to your door with a low start up cost but gouges on any additional work. I also asked for a price to install a WiFi controller (I had purchased from Amazon) since they were already here. The quote was $295 to hang it on the wall wired up and extra to program. I said no thanks and installed it (never installed one before) in ten minutes and then fully programmed it on my phone in under 10 minutes. It's not about the $$$$ it's about the lack of ethics /transparency.

This is a family business and they specialize in servicing sprinkler systems only (ie no new installs). I needed my sprinkler systems serviced due to a specific problem I was having. They seemed hell bent on replacing the valves in my sprinkler system, with each one being costly. They didn't actually diagnose the problem, but simply told me that replacing valves would fix. Three replaced valves and problem wasn't fixed. They were also eager upsell and charge me ~$200 for a 15 min labor and $50 part to optimize the flow of water through one region. Overall I felt the service was not good quality, rested on upselling services at ridiculous prices, and questionably transparency.

The techs that they sent out were obviously new and needed some training . Not a big issue. Except, when you called the office with any questions. The person answering the phones is also new. To refer to this person as rude is an understatement. The person would simply hang up the phone is they didn't like what you asked them. This became the norm. And when you could actually converse with this person, they were rude and dismissive. Most of the time, they would ignore your call and let it go to voicemail. And then not call you back. Keep in mind, we just wanted someone to open, close and maintain the system. Our questions were simply like "When can you come out and turn on the system?" That's it. We then got a letter telling us that they would no longer be servicing our area. All the positive reviews here? I agree with them 100%. But they are all several years old.
