They were a little pricey but at the time it was worth it given his initial performance. And then I started having some problems. It seemed like whenever one of his lights had an issue it was a major hassle to have him come out. Finally after several calls to have a light replaced/repaired he sent his guy out. I explained to him that I also needed to add a few lights to the circuit. The guy never came back. I waited several weeks (bc sometimes it can take some time for lights to come in) for him to return. Then out of the blue I get an insulting phone call from Greg. Very unprofessional. I told him why I hadn't paid the outstanding balance on the work that was done-- because the job wasn't complete! I didn't want to deal with his unprofessional Behavior so I just paid the balance. Never got the extra lights I requested. Fast forward to the next round of faulty lights and irrigation issues and now Greg has WALKED AWAY from his warranty. What's worse is his filthy mouth and unprofessional behavior. So his guy doesn't finish the job even though they were paid and now he won't honor his warranty.
