My problem with McHenry Co. Lawn Sprinkler is that I called and texted Mike at least 4 or 5 times…read moreand got no response. The builder got him to service the leak. The service he did for a repair was good, but the sprinkler system is only 13 months old. There was an underground leak by the main shutoff valve, not even near a sprinkler head. So it was not damaged by anyone, it was defective. It is a McHenry Co Lawn Sprinkler system, so I was not expecting a repair bill, especially since the system is so new. My system in my previous house was over 20 years old and it never sprung a leak underground. I'm not happy with McHenry Co. Lawn Sprinkler. Side note: Mike scheduled a backflow test for me in May and it never got done. I ended up calling a different company after being ignored for 2 months. Terrible customer service, and got charged for a defect that I feel shouldn't have.
