I reached out to Rainforce Irrigation hoping for a full inspection of our system and a plan to get it fixed. Raul responded quickly and came out the next day. After confirming that the design was not ideal, he gave a detailed and very reasonable cost to fix it. He even coordinated with another contractor friend to take out and reinstall part of our patio so he could run a larger water line. Only time will tell, but I feel confident that we are finally going to have a beautiful lawn this summer with sufficient water flow and all new sprinkler heads that actually cover our lawn!

He ended up running through my 12 zones twice because he realized ha may have had an issue with his compressor. So, to be safe, he blew down twice. So, would I recommend Northwest Irrigation? Yes! My problem with McHenry Co. Lawn Sprinkler is that I called and texted Mike at least 4 or 5 times…read moreand got no response. The builder got him to service the leak. The service he did for a repair was good, but the sprinkler system is only 13 months old. There was an underground leak by the main shutoff valve, not even near a sprinkler head. So it was not damaged by anyone, it was defective. It is a McHenry Co Lawn Sprinkler system, so I was not expecting a repair bill, especially since the system is so new. My system in my previous house was over 20 years old and it never sprung a leak underground. I'm not happy with McHenry Co. Lawn Sprinkler. Side note: Mike scheduled a backflow test for me in May and it never got done. I ended up calling a different company after being ignored for 2 months. Terrible customer service, and got charged for a defect that I feel shouldn't have.
