They dug rings around 8 trees and removed some 17 year old dead boxwoods. They did such a great job you would never know the bushes were ever there and the rings really are so well done, it changed the entire look of our backyard. When our tractor broke they mowed for us while we got the tractor fixed. Really polite, professional young men. I highly recommend them. Will absolutely use again.

They love to park away from curbs blocking entire sections of roadway. They also never park in front of the houses they are actually working at and instead block other people's houses. I've personally had this issue for several years as one of our neighbors uses them and i have to constantly go outside to tell them to move their truck. Sometimes people coming to work on my own house can't park because Midwest Arbor decided to park outside of my house instead of where they are actually working. Looking at other reviews on google this is clearly an ongoing issue. Why isnt management dealing with it? It reflects poorly on your company!

I called in and asked why is it that I would be responsible paying for the damage caused by their crew, Jenna replied that she would see if they could help us out, since the damage to the lawn was done by their people. On the week of Mother's Day weekend visit was completely skipped, had to mow the lawn my self as we had people coming over.
