I requested quotes from 3 companies and scheduled appointments. Adolfo was the first to give me an estimate, he arrived at the scheduled time and inspected the birch. He gave a very reasonable estimate to take down the birch grind the stump along with another stump and clean up the honey locust and a crabapple tree. The second company never showed up for the estimate. The third company arrived on time but may have spend less than 5 minutes getting me a quote never mentioned anything about the carpenter ants I accepted Aldofo's estimate and was placed on the schedule. About a week later I received a phone call the day before that they would be onsite at 7am the next day. Adolfo and his crew arrived early and were already working at 7am.
