Used this guy twice. First visit was an electrical issue, which went well. Told me about needing…read moreextra work, said he was proficient in other things like painting, plumbing, etc. Had him back to replace a few faucets. Worked the majority of the day, was here 5+ hours, other than running out for parts at Home Depot, which took quite a while & the store is close by. At the end of the day he had only partially replaced 2 faucets, and had gotten the wrong parts at Home Depot. Charged around $100 an hour for time, including the Home Depot run. Would not give a breakdown of charges even though asked twice. When I complained he came back to finish the faucets on a different day. He also quoted around 2k to swap out a shower head & tub faucet, saying the wall would have to be opened up. I did pass on that & used a licensed plumber who had that same job done in an hour for a couple hundred. So in summary he's fine as an electrician, but he's inept at plumbing, so take a pass on anything other than electrical! //// In response to your response....No there was no upfront contract or pricing promise. Lesson learned. You feel terrible about 3 stars, but nothing else here.
