I have since and will continue to refer anyone looking for asphalt and/or concrete work to this company. Not many companies will do asphalt and concrete work, and they definitely don't do it as well as U.S. paving!

I had them come re-sand and reseal, and the sand filled in is falling apart on one side of my patio as well as the edges in only a few months. They came a second time to try to fix it. Told them to let me know when they come because I want to be there whey they start so I can see what they're doing. I did not trust they were doing it well. They came out but didn't let me know and only after they had started, they came to me. That pissed me off, because I explicitely told them to wait until I am outside with them because of that and that I had questions. That request was blatantly ignored. Now about a couple months later, that sand is falling between the cracks and soft to the touch, I can literally compress it with my finger and I now have sand missing between cracks all over the place on one side of my patio again. There's no way they sealed that because that sand wouldn't be soft to the touch and able to compress with your finger! It's not only soft, they don't even put enough sand in it let alone forget to seal the damn thing. The second time they came out, they try to blame it on water, as if I'm an idiot (sure after a few months I expect this to all fall apart). There's nothing that would cause this. Regular rain shouldn't cause a $2k+ job to fail after a few months. The prior company who sanded this patio, the sand was not falling apart like this anywhere. Even after 5 years. Now I'm going to have to refill that sand and fix this myself. Maybe learned a lesson, just do this stuff yourself. Do it right the first time and you won't have reviews like this. Or customers that annoy you because you can't do your job well. They claim "warranties to match our underrepresented workmanship!". What warranty? I got no warranty and even when they come to fix the mess up, it still falls down. Anyone gets rain, even down pours. It's very clear what areas they did not do properly because the rest of the patio is holding ok. I expect a job to last a few years not a few months. Rain and nature happen, we expect this to hold up at least on average 3-5 years. I'm just going to seriously go back to Menards, there's a mexican guy there who knows a lot about this, and he's told me how I can just fix it myself and save money. He explained the different sealants, etc. and the pros and cons. That's exactly what I am going to do. No more hiring people for this. The ants are even crawling into the cracks now. Good times, right before it starts getting cold outside. So glad I have to spend a couple hours fixing this sh** now. I don't normally go out and rant like this but any moron can see this is not done right. Henry and his team did an awesome job refinishing bricks around the corner of my house. My wife and…read moreI were having issues with bricks flaking that was due to moisture. Henry's experience came through as he recognized the problem immediately. He also noted that the bricks are no longer manufactured as my home was built in the late 60's. Additionally, he recognized where the seal along our porch may need to be redone as well as the tuckpointing in an area by the bricks in question. This would've only happened with Henry as he was looking at the corner and the overall aesthetic impression when approaching the house. His team came out and refinished the bricks and brought that corner back to its original state. I truly believe that Henry's artistic background coupled with his experience, he was able to match the color and texture of the original bricks. We are so happy with the results that you can't even tell there was ever an issue. Thank you Henry and team. I really appreciate your help in resolving our issue and your firm will be who we call for any brick and masonry work!

Well, given that the expected project date was so far out, it was going to require a lot of coordination and last minute set up. Henry was awesome! He came out very quickly to give me a very reasonable quote, and then told me to give him a call once the windows were ready. Well, once they were, the company was offering to install them that next week. I called Henry, he told me he'd work with their schedule and to text him once the window was out so he could level the stone. They came out, did a great job, and were extremely friendly!
