I own a 2009 Toyota Corolla with low mileage. All maintenance has been done throughout the years…read more The car runs beautifully. Then, I noticed what looked like peeling on the hood and front of the car. The Toyota-applied clear coat was coming off , My car was starting to look so bad. A few people gave me names of local auto body shops No one wanted to touch my car because I had not been in an auto accident!! They explained their reasons to me, which of course, were all about money and insurance claims. I was, of course, going to pay for any work but, shame on me, I did not have an accident. Just wanted to fix to the clear coat and have effected areas of my car re-painted. Finally, I was given the name Brothers auto body in Cromwell. Problem solved! My car was beautifully repainted and new clear coat applied. It looks spectacular! No hesitation to give me a reasonable quote, no rejection because I did not have an accident. Just kind, professional treatment from all at Brothers. Special thanks to Sarah, Jacob and Brian for making this whole process run so smoothly. My Corolla carries with it some very special memories from the past. I will always do what I can to keep it running and looking as good as I can.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! THEY ARE HORRIBLE! We brought my sons truck with a list of stuff that…read moreneeded to be fixed including welding. They said they could complete it all no problem. After having the truck for 2.5 weeks we picked it up after being told "the truck is safe, I would let my kids drive it". No sooner did we drive TWO MINUTES down the road the truck broke down. This was right after my son paid $1700 to have fixed. Called the shop and Ruben didn't care anymore he got his money. The other owner came and pulled the truck back to the shop. Long story short after two more times we took the truck . Halfway home the engine light was back on and the truck was leaking oil and tranny fluid. Brought it to the shop and they couldn't believe the work. Wrong radiator was used so they put connectors. They were leaking. The brake line was wrong and the list goes on. THE BIGGES THING.... THE WELDING WAS COMPLETELY UNSAFE. IF MY SON HIT 3 LARGE BUMPS THE TRUCK WOULD HAVE FALLEN APART! we kept them posted and they asked for a receipt. No problem. It was provided and that was it....they have ignored us. We posted a Google review and they deleted it. They are awful! We are now going to take them to smalls claims court and are reporting them to DMV AND the department of consu.er protection. DONT DO BUSINESS. HERE.

From start to finish they were very professional, provided updates, and their pricing was transparent. When I got my vehicle back, it was better than new. Went in with a minor scratch on my brand new '25 Toyota Tacoma SR5, and the owner, Tom, took immediate time from his busy schedule to have a quick look. Although not a huge job/problem, I was treated as if it was. Tom came right out, quoted me a great price for the repair, then told me that I could leave my truck there THAT day, or come in the next morning, and he would get to it then for sure. I literally couldn't believe how the affected area appeared to have never been damaged. Impressive! Also of note was the friendly/accommodating staff, big beautiful parking lot/property, and amazingly convenient location right off of Shunpike/Route3/Cromwell Avenue in Rocky Hill. I highly recommend this body shop, and I'm thankful to Tom and the entire staff at South End Auto Body for the great service and skill they showed a new customer! Top marks. - Justin P. Lord

Boy oh boy... I seem to have a way of getting myself into some interesting messes!…read more I bought a car this fall and I got into a fender bender where I tapped another car. No big deal... right? Wrong. I then attempted to fix the car myself and made things so so much worse. I took off the bumper, the headlights, the wire assembly, and other components before realizing just how far I was in over my head! Ended up needing to go through insurance & after almost 3 months of my car sitting over there with Bryon's Auto Body, I couldn't be happier to have it back. They were extremely professional and easy to work with. I was quite embarrassed by the situation that had transpired & they were a pleasure. I would recommend them to anybody who needs auto work and who wants to work with an above-board, communicative, and expedient repair shop. Note that my car hanging out over there was of no way their fault! I had some explaining to do when it came to insurance but anyway... all's well that ends well and I think I may be telling this story for the rest of my life!

The services provided are, frame realignment, auto painting, glass repair, paintless dent repair, wheel alignment, RV repair, commercial auto body repair, and collision services. Unfortunately, we were in a fender bender and needed our vehicle repaired. I can't comment on pricing because we went through our insurance. From the day we dropped off the car to the day it was finished, it was 13 days total. They mentioned it could take up to a month because they had to wait for parts from the manufacturer, so this was pretty good. Also, they would send us daily texts with updates on our vehicle. Dropping off and picking up the vehicle was easy. Most of the people working there were cordial. The parking lot was spacious; it was easy to get in and out of; it is in a convenient location. The repairs that were done on our vehicle was good. Overall, a good body shop to get auto body repairs, especially if your insurance covers it.
