They were courteous, respectful, very quick and thorough. They repaired my Subaru, worked with the insurance company ( the value of the quote) and made it look as if nothing had happened to it. They even detailed inside of my car and replaced the cover on the driver side seat that I told them that would pay out of pocket for because it was not part of the accident but they fixed it anyways with no charge. Steven Litwin is the shop Foreman and handled everything professionally and was very pleasant to work with. I hope my car is never damaged again but if it is it will only go to Steben's.

Ken is the man!…read more While at another well-known tire store, I was informed after a tire rotation, that my rear breaks were at 3mm and needed work. I was quoted $399. Something didn't feel right, so I contacted Ken at Safe Auto Service and made an appointment. I brought the car to Safe Auto. They did a test drive and pulled the wheels apart for inspection. I learned today that they also do the "simpler things" too. My 9 year old car has areas of paint loss and it is time to fix the paint or sell the vehicle. I thought such a job would be too small.
