Went in with a minor scratch on my brand new '25 Toyota Tacoma SR5, and the owner, Tom, took immediate time from his busy schedule to have a quick look. Although not a huge job/problem, I was treated as if it was. Tom came right out, quoted me a great price for the repair, then told me that I could leave my truck there THAT day, or come in the next morning, and he would get to it then for sure. I literally couldn't believe how the affected area appeared to have never been damaged. Impressive! Also of note was the friendly/accommodating staff, big beautiful parking lot/property, and amazingly convenient location right off of Shunpike/Route3/Cromwell Avenue in Rocky Hill. Minor emergency totally solved in 20 minutes... and for $45…read more. Punctured rear tire on my truck, secondary to belt separation. Can't just plug that up unfortunately (at least not safely), so the tire absolutely had to be replaced. Fortunately, a decent used tire of the same size for $25 and $18 in labor got me rolling again. And believe me when I say Ron took his time to do this right... Ground off all the old crusty stuff on the rim with the angle grinder, new valve stem, proper balancing. He even said he'd keep its pair aside for me if I wanted to do the other rear tire later in the week. Makes sense - would provide me with an old spare, and at least have matching tires front and rear. I've driven by it perhaps 1000 times, and never thought to go there. They service larger commercial vehicles too, so they may have just founs themselves a new regular customer...

Wrong. I then attempted to fix the car myself and made things so so much worse. I took off the bumper, the headlights, the wire assembly, and other components before realizing just how far I was in over my head! Ended up needing to go through insurance & after almost 3 months of my car sitting over there with Bryon's Auto Body, I couldn't be happier to have it back. They were extremely professional and easy to work with. I was quite embarrassed by the situation that had transpired & they were a pleasure. I would recommend them to anybody who needs auto work and who wants to work with an above-board, communicative, and expedient repair shop. Note that my car hanging out over there was of no way their fault! I had some explaining to do when it came to insurance but anyway... all's well that ends well and I think I may be telling this story for the rest of my life!

First appoitment was in a month. Bryon's got parts a little over a week and in another week my car was wonderfully fixed. Gino and Karen, you are the greatest people and I had a best service. They used Toyota parts. They did work as promised. Very professional. One of the mechanics and possibly the Manager, took time to answer several questions about new car buying etc. He was very knowledgeable. If your out of warranty, it makes sense to take a car to a garage like Bishops. You will save a ton of money. Great people to deal with. Family owned.
