He arrived a bit early, super pleasant to work with and had my dent corrected in no time. A total pleasure. Going to follow all of this up by saying that I do have a local body shop that I like. They do great work and I've never felt overcharged. Downside is that a trip to the body shop means that I'll be without my vehicle for the day while it's being worked on. I provided my cellphone number and I immediately got a text appointment confirmation that I saved to my calendar with the date and time. Later, there were automated reminder texts, which I appreciated. Now to the actual work, this guy is an artist! Plain and simple. I would challenge anyone to find where the dent was located. It took him about two hours repair but it came out perfect. I had to get his business card before I left and I would not hesitate to come back for more repairs, and neither should you.
