When Matt arrived and did a walkthrough, he quickly put my mind at ease with some of the stains that I was worried about. There was one stain that he knew wouldn't come out with just a standard cleaning, but he gave me some tricks to try and was really helpful in explaining things so I understood everything. He then quickly got to work on the carpet. Matt wrapped up in a few hours and did such an amazing job!! The carpet looks like new know and he got the rest of the stains out! I even followed his suggestions for the other stain and it came out! I have dealt with other carpet care companies before but I have never had this amount of satisfaction than with 3B's Carpet Care.
