Incredibly overpriced in my opinion along with other electrician company I contacted. But honestly that wasn't the main issue. This was maybe the most annoying and oddest consultation of my life. From the very beginning I was being very clear that I only wanted my outlets replaced, nothing else. I reiterated this verbally in person. The technician, kept on trying to sell me a membership and additional services. I would say "I just want my outlets fixed" and then he would completely ignore me and go on to sell me about replacing the circuits. This happened over and over again. I would say "please I don't want this service" and then he would just go right back to other services. I actually couldn't believe what was happening. I was incredibly uncomfortable the entire time. For the 4th time, I was again very direct in not wanting any additional work. I literally said "I do not care for anything but the outlets". But he just didn't care and kept going for 15 minutes about working on my panel. Like oh my god, what is happening. It was additionally rude when I told him I was on a time crunch but then he still spent 30-40 mins creating an additional 4 quotes for the work that I insisted I didn't want. They straight up did not care about me and what I wanted. He kept saying I'm the top priority while also completely disregarding what I do not want. If a customer tells you to stop, please stop. I was incredibly upfront with the services that I wanted but this guy was on a mission to charge me $9356. I ultimately didn't continue with this company and reached out to another one who did the work for $300, which was the quote I also received from other electricians in the area. I truly do not know how they justify charging $2807 for only 6 outlets. Listen to the other reviewers. I had the same experience of the worker just looking for upgrades rather than what I called for. He spent nearly 20 minutes analyzing my electrical panels to see where he can charge me additional services after I just told him I only want the outlets. Stop trying to phrase this is for your customers when you blatantly ignore their needs and wants. This was such a weird experience and I lost $89 for the dispatch fee.

Let me say Stephen is a master electrician. I wanted to purchase a hot tub for my backyard and he gave me some good recommendations for checking out credentials on the so- called electricians. Which some are only handymen. I saw his licensed info and knew that was where I needed to be. I contacted him and he gave me an estimate. Actually first let's go back. He had to check out what was needed in my house to prepare for his job. That visit was free. He then sent an estimate on the cost of everything. Which was very reasonable. He came and placed his electrical box out back near the hot tub. With every detail that was needed. He returned to finish the job of connecting the hottub. Every thing was great! They cleaned up behind themselves. Which is also an important part of the completion of the job. I highly recommend Fusting. I also will be using him again for the replacements of some electrical outlets that I have in different areas of the house. This is a family business which I'm sure will continue to expand. Stephen arrived on time with an apprentice for 2 days of work which included installing receptacles for a car lift, garage fridge, and air compressor in addition to the EV charger and range. The work was done to my husband's high standards and the cost was very reasonable! Ray and his assistant Kyle arrived ahead of schedule. I received calls from both the office and Ray relating to me that they were on their way and should arrive in 20 minutes. We have recently built a screened in porch on the back of our house and we needed wiring for outlets, a fan and a tv. We also needed spotlights put up on our house. Ray was quick to give us a firm cost on the job that was reasonable given the extensive work that needed to be done. After my acceptance, they quickly got to work. They were fastidious in their work and even threw out the empty tv box and fan box for us. Both Ray and Kyle were concerned that I was happy with the end product.
