A new BCM is very expensive and if I did all the work myself to source and replace the $800 BCM, both local dealers still wanted $400 to program my car keys and TPMS for the new BCM... and I would have to have my car towed to the dealer for the programming too. Luckily, I found Kar-Techs. I gave them a call and sent some pictures of the problem circuit board. Hector came that afternoon (Thursday) to pick up the board, said he could repair it, and returned Saturday with the repaired board. Since the board was repaired, it did not need to be reprogrammed for my car, and my car started right up. Hector said he found several components that needed to be replaced... he must be very skilled as these were very small components to solder in. Very impressive service... saved me a lot of money... and having to get my car towed to the dealer.

From the beginning, John, the owner, and his son Jonathan were honest, knowledgeable, and straightforward with me. What I appreciated most was that they took the time to properly look into the problem instead of immediately telling me I needed the most expensive repair. They explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, kept me informed throughout the process, and got my Camaro repaired and back on the road. John and Jonathan genuinely seem to care about their customers and doing the job right. After all the stress I had been dealing with trying to get my car fixed, it was a huge relief finding a transmission shop I could trust. Great customer service, honest people, and quality work.
