This was my first time trying Flapjacks and everything was great. The inside is very inviting, feels like a cabin. It was also very clean. The food was very fresh and tasty. I was able to get a breakfast of sausage, bacon, eggs, biscuits and gravy, and hashbrowns and customize the 2 plain pancakes to be strawberry cream flavored for a pretty good price. We also got the candied bacon, which was delicious. The service was great, our server was incredibly sweet and efficient. Had a little trouble at this location. Food was messed up a few times and the the food that came correctly was over cooked. Gluten-free options available but I wouldn't go if you have celiacs. They don't have a designated area for gluten-free prep so you could get sick. (It says this at the bottom of the menu). Pancakes are not dairy free despite what the Internet says (not the restaurant's actual website). They have powdered milk in them. I took my chances and ate the pancakes anyway. They tasted good. But it took me longer to get mine than the rest of my party by quite a bit. Then it came out plain instead of with strawberries. The waitress brought me strawberries and strawberry sauce after I let her know the mistake. She brought me cut strawberries that were frozen with the stem still inside... All that said, our waitress was very friendly and I don't think it was her fault. I think the kitchen got it wrong. read more

My husband loved his pancakes and ate them pretty quickly. The coffee is pretty strong though FYI. The bathrooms are horrible though. They are extremely tiny! You'd think with how busy they stay they have bigger bathrooms. Just walking in you hit someone, and you get hit on the way out. Not something every guest wants to experience when going to the bathroom. The lines for the bathroom are a bit longer than the line to get in as well. Must upgrade bathrooms!
