My coworkers and I came here after a rough day. We ordered drinks appetizers and dinner. It was pretty packed around 6-7 but I wasn't surprised it being a Saturday. Our waitress was very nice and sweet and attentive. She by very often to make sure we got our drinks then apologize for the kitchen being backed out. The ambiance was what you expect at a flanigans. Flanigans bird rd!!!! Was ok. The place is huge and great location for a cold drink. Staff is good and they were attentive. Now the food was not what I'm use to from flanigans. The quality of the food was ok at best. The ribs are usually our favorite but these were not it on that night. Definitely not falling off the bone. Honestly tasted old and a little dry. Sucks because we are fans of the ribs. My baked potatoes also had issues. Tasted like it was laying around for a while and not hot upon arriving to my table. From the host to the servers the staff is amazing. The wait was 30-45 minutes we waited 15-20. Can't say anything bad about the location.

We had been waiting on the wait list for 40mins and we were moving up then all the sudden a party of 4 got added in front of us. They apparently joined the waitlist took them selves off to sit outside then decided to rejoin putting them at the top of the waitlist. Great and fresh food. Ribs never disappoint. Salad was nice and freshly prepared and the garlic rolls were just right.

Last experience was not good at all. Food came together with the appetizer and it was cold. I don't understand why, the place was not full as usual so the kitchen should have been without rush. We have been coming to Flanigan's in the Grove for over 30 years. The food is always fresh, and well seasoned. The service and servers is always on point and very friendly!
